少儿趣味田径的课堂组织与项目创编在小学体育课中的实践研究

【摘要】:田径运动一直被公认为“运动之母”,体育课堂中出现最多的是田径运动,占有重要的地位。由于传统田径项目的高竞技性特点和传统教学模式的局限性束缚性,导致田径在少年儿童中的发展中呈现出明显的弱势。2000年国际田联推出“少儿趣味田径”运动项目。从学生对体育兴趣角度出发利用新颖的游戏和多形式的团队竞赛的教学方式,构建的一种全新田径教学理念,这一教学理念很快得到了教育界人士和一线体育教师们的广泛认可并在全国推广。调查了解发现,“少儿趣味田径”的出现在很大程度上解决了传统田径中遇到的一些问题,从推广到现在,学生学习田径的热情空前提升,田径教学学习效果也有明显提高。“少儿趣味田径”这类新兴项目虽然在教学理念和方式上存在自身的优势,但将这套办法具体运用到我国中小学体育课堂的教学实践过程中也遇到了一些困难和细节上的问题。本文研究方向为“少儿趣味田径”项目在小学体育课堂中的组织和趣味项目开发与创编,并对本期教学效果进行研究与分析。目的是在小学田径课堂中探究摸索更多有利于项目开展的组织方法,提供新的创编项目和创编理论知识,提高田径教学效果培养田径技能,促进学生身心全面发展。以少儿趣味田径的课堂组织与项目创编在体育课中的实践效果为研究对象,主要通过专家访谈法、问卷调查法、实验法等方法,在之前“趣味田径”教学经验的基础上,尝试探讨更好的关于项目设置、场地利用、器材布置、学生分组、裁判分配等教学方式和组织方法,累积了一手经验和相应的结论,教学期间开发和利用其软式器材创编出了一系列的“少儿趣味田径”项目,并投入教学之中进行实践检验与应用得出以下结论:(1)项目设置、器材布置、学生分组等组织方法在课堂的合理应用,学生在少儿趣味田径课上有了合适的运动负荷,其包括运动量、运动负荷强度和课堂密度较之前均有提升,学生各方面身体素质和田径技能也有明显提高,趣味田径课收到了良好的教学效果。(2)创编项目的开展实施提升了学生对趣味田径的兴趣,学生逐渐拥有自己喜欢的趣味项目,对学生养成良好的锻炼习惯有积极意义。(3)学生实力均等分组、小组长和裁判培训等组织方式的运用,学生参与课堂教学积极性有明显提高。(4)趣味田径课的教学实践促进学生内在意志品质的提升,在田径教学中培养了学生团队配合意识与奋力拼搏的精神,增强了学生社会适应能力和人际交往能力。
[Abstract]:Track and field has always been recognized as the "mother of sports". Because of the high competitive characteristics of the traditional track and field events and the limitation of the traditional teaching mode. The appearance of "Children's interesting track and Field" to a large extent solved some problems encountered in the traditional track and field, from the promotion to the present, the enthusiasm of students to learn track and field has never been improved. However, the application of this method to the teaching practice of physical education in primary and secondary schools in our country has also encountered some difficulties and problems in detail. The research direction of this paper is "Children's interesting track and Field". The project in the elementary school physical education classroom organization and the interesting project development and the creation. The purpose of this study is to explore more organization methods in primary school track and field classroom and to provide new creative project and creative theory knowledge. Improve track and field teaching effect to cultivate track and field skills, promote students' physical and mental comprehensive development. Take children's interesting track and field classroom organization and project creation practice effect in physical education class as the research object, mainly through the expert interview method. Based on the previous teaching experience of "interesting track and field", the methods of questionnaire investigation and experiment try to explore better project setting, site utilization, equipment layout and students grouping. Referee distribution and other teaching methods and organizational methods, accumulated one hand experience and corresponding conclusions, during the teaching of the development and use of soft equipment to create a series of "children's fun track and field" project. And put into the teaching practice test and application of the following conclusions: 1) Project setup, equipment layout, student grouping and other organizational methods in the classroom reasonable application. Students in the children's interesting track and field classes have the appropriate sports load, including the amount of exercise, the intensity of exercise load and classroom density have been improved, students' physical fitness and track and field skills have been significantly improved. Interesting track and field class received a good teaching effect. 2) the implementation of the creation of the project to enhance the interest of students to interesting track and field, students gradually have their own favorite interesting projects. It is of positive significance for students to develop good exercise habits.) the use of organization methods such as equal grouping of students' strength, group leader and referee training. The enthusiasm of students to participate in classroom teaching is obviously improved. 4) the teaching practice of interesting track and field courses promotes the improvement of students' internal will quality, and cultivates the students' sense of teamwork and the spirit of fighting hard in track and field teaching. Enhance students' social adaptability and interpersonal skills.
