小学课堂纪律管理问题研究

【摘要】：健康和谐的课堂纪律,既在学生自我管理习惯的形成中起着关键性作用,也是学校德育工作的核心内容之一。课堂纪律有利于学生的社会化,它可以使学生把握在很多场合被认可与赞同的行为规范,也有利于学生人格的健全与完善,使学生在对持续的社会期望与要求进行反应的过程中,形成自信、自我控制、独立性与坚持等较为成熟的人格品质。运用问卷和访谈调查了解学校课堂纪律现状,对小学生的隐性与显性课堂违纪行为及其原因进行了实证分析,探究小学课堂纪律管理存在的问题及相应解决策略。我们认为,应重视“课堂双主体”、转变课堂纪律管理理念与改进课堂纪律管理方式方法,以使课堂纪律管理呈现出宽严相济的发展态势。本课题的研究有助于小学教师应对课堂纪律管理问题,对于优化教师的课堂纪律管理效果,提高课堂教学质量有一定的参考价值,有利于营造积极向上的小学课堂,从而促进小学生全面健康的发展。
[Abstract]:Healthy and harmonious classroom discipline not only plays a key role in the formation of students' self-management habits, but also is one of the core contents of moral education in schools. Classroom discipline is conducive to the socialization of students. It can make students grasp the accepted and agreed behavior norms on many occasions, but also conducive to the integrity and perfection of students' personality, so that students in the process of responding to sustained social expectations and requirements, the formation of self-confidence. Self-control, independence and persistence and other mature personality traits. Using questionnaires and interviews to find out the present situation of classroom discipline, this paper makes an empirical analysis on the hidden and explicit classroom discipline violations of primary school students and their causes. This paper probes into the problems existing in the management of classroom discipline in primary schools and the corresponding solving strategies. We believe that we should attach importance to the "dual subjects of classroom", change the concept of classroom discipline management and improve the ways and methods of classroom discipline management. In order to make classroom discipline management show the development trend of leniency and severity. The research of this topic is helpful for primary school teachers to deal with classroom discipline management problems, and to optimize the effectiveness of classroom discipline management. Improving the quality of classroom teaching is of certain reference value, which is beneficial to the construction of positive primary school classroom, thus promoting the overall and healthy development of primary school students.
