基于学习动机理论的英语校本教材开发研究

【摘要】:在我国基础教育改革和新课程改革的发展进程中,如何通过开发校本课程和教材,彰显学校的先进教学理念,凸显“学校问题学校和教师解决”的新思路,已经成为全社会关注的焦点。以小学阶段为例,校本教材的开发不但能够满足学生个性化发展的现实需求,提升学生自主学习的意识,还可以为学校、教师发挥自身能动性提供平台与路径。因此,对校本教材开发的基础理论和实现方法开展研究具有重要的现实意义。本论文沿着理论基础-实现方法-案例分析的路径展开研究,共分为五章论述。第一章绪论,主要阐述本论文的选题背景、研究目的、意义、方法和文献综述,为后续研究奠定坚实基础。第二章是校本教材开发的理论依据,从开发模式、程序和学习动机理论等方面全面展开校本教材开发的理论意义和理论基础。第三章主要阐述基于动机理论的校本教材开发的基本原则和方法。第四章以J校四年级英语校本教材为例,从学生需求分析、目标设计、内容选择、文本编排方面具体阐述如何基于学习动机进行校本教材开发。第五章结论部分,通过对校本教材的使用者——学生成长的多元评价及教师访谈两方面对校本教材开发结果进行评估,进而提出本研究的结论和不足之处。通过研究发现,在现有的理论框架下,实践校本教材的开发既呈现出明显的优势,又在不少方面存在着亟待完善之处。前者包括,当前校本教材的开发倡导体验、实践、参与、合作与交流的课程方案,对作为使用者的学生有很大的尊重性和友好度,因此符合目的性原则和实用性原则。与此同时,作为统编教材的有益补充,校本教材可以让师生沉浸在阅读之悦中,增强了课堂的互动性和趣味性。后者则是,尽管校本教材存在上述优势,但在系统的专业评估、动态的课程资源等方面还存在着不足,并面临现有学科藩篱的限制。鉴于此,论文提出观点认为,校本教材的开发是多方合力的共同成果,并需要在事件中反复经受检验从而形成相对成熟的、可供参鉴的校本教材开发模板,为同类或者后续校本教材的开发提供经验。
[Abstract]:In the development process of the basic education reform and the new curriculum reform in our country, how to develop school-based curriculum and teaching material, highlight the advanced teaching idea of the school, highlight the new idea of "the school problem school and the teacher solve". The development of school-based textbooks can not only meet the practical needs of students' individualized development, enhance students' awareness of autonomous learning, but also for schools. Teachers give play to their own initiative to provide a platform and path. It is of great practical significance to study the basic theory and realization method of school-based textbook development. This paper carries out the research along the path of theoretical foundation-realization method-case analysis. The first chapter introduces the background, purpose, significance, methods and literature review of this thesis. The second chapter is the theoretical basis for the development of school-based textbooks, from the development model. Chapter three mainly expounds the basic principles and methods of school-based textbook development based on motivation theory. Chapter 4th focuses on the four years of school J. Level 1 English school-based textbook as an example. From the aspects of student demand analysis, goal design, content selection and text layout, this paper expounds how to develop school-based textbooks based on learning motivation. 5th chapter conclusion. This paper evaluates the results of School-based textbook development from the aspects of multi-evaluation of the user-student growth of school-based textbooks and teacher interviews, and then puts forward the conclusions and shortcomings of this study, and finds out through the research. Under the existing theoretical framework, the development of practical school-based textbooks not only presents obvious advantages, but also has many aspects to be improved. The former includes the current development of school-based textbooks to advocate experience, practice, participation. The curriculum of cooperation and exchange has a great degree of respect and friendliness for students who are users, so it conforms to the principle of purpose and practicality. At the same time, it is a useful supplement to the compilation of teaching materials. School-based textbooks can immerse teachers and students in the pleasure of reading, and enhance the interaction and interest of the classroom. The latter is that, despite the advantages of school-based textbooks, they are subject to systematic professional evaluation. Dynamic curriculum resources and other aspects are still inadequate, and facing the limitations of existing disciplines. In view of this, the paper puts forward the point of view that the development of school-based textbooks is a common result of multi-party joint forces. It also needs to be tested repeatedly in the event to form a relatively mature and useful template for the development of school-based textbooks, which can provide experience for the development of similar or subsequent school-based textbooks.
