小学语文学期课程纲要评价研究

【摘要】：学期课程纲要是教师依据学科课程标准,结合某学期的教材以及学情研究等因素,对该学期的目标、内容、实施与评价进行整体设计的专业方案。评估学期课程纲要的质量有助于在课程实施前进行改进,以更有效地实施计划、实现既定目标。该研究以前人课程设计、方案评估等领域的研究成果为基础,尝试开发了义务教育阶段语文学期课程纲要评价工具,并以此为分析框架对45份使用人教版教材的小学语文学期课程纲要进行评估。结果发现,不到一半的样本达到合格水平：目标设置重视语文课程标准而忽视学情；内部一致性程度不高；文本呈现规范,但对学生、教师同侪以及学校管理者在纲要实施过程中的指导作用有限。此外,样本在“一致性”维度上的表现糟糕：目标、内容、实施、评价等要素的表现水平均较低,且要素间的一致性程度处于“比较不符合”水平。新课改倡导“学生本位”,但本次评估发现当前的小学语文学期课程纲要在目标设置与文本呈现方面皆忽视了学生而呈现出一种强烈的“教师立场”意识。综合以上三点,研究者认为当前小学语文学期课程纲要质量偏低。
[Abstract]:Term syllabus is the teacher according to the subject curriculum standards, combined with a term of teaching materials and learning research and other factors, the term's objectives, content. Implementation and evaluation of professional programmes for overall design. Assessing the quality of the semester syllabus helps to improve the course before implementation in order to implement the plan more effectively and achieve established goals. Based on the research results in the field of program evaluation and other fields, this paper tries to develop an evaluation tool for the outline of the Chinese semester curriculum in the compulsory education stage. In this paper, the author evaluates the syllabus of 45 primary school Chinese semester courses with the help of the analysis framework, and finds out the results. Less than half of the samples reach the qualified level: the goal setting attaches importance to the Chinese curriculum standards and neglects the academic situation; The degree of internal consistency is not high; The text presents norms, but has limited guidance to students, teachers and school administrators in the implementation of the outline. In addition, the sample performs poorly in the "consistency" dimension: goals, content, implementation. The level of evaluation and other factors are all low, and the degree of consistency among the elements is in the "relatively inconsistent" level. The new curriculum reform advocates "student-oriented". However, this assessment found that the current curriculum outline of primary school Chinese semester neglects the students in terms of goal setting and text presentation, and presents a strong sense of "teacher position", which synthesizes the above three points. Researchers believe that the quality of the current primary school Chinese semester curriculum is on the low side.
