小学语文教师胜任力模型构建

【摘要】:为了促进小学语文教师的专业发展,为其提供目标依据,本研究运用问卷调查和行为事件访谈等方法,广泛搜集小学语文教师胜任力特征项目,利用焦点访谈法对搜集到的小学语文教师胜任力特征项目进行检测,构建出一个具有普遍适用性的小学语文教师胜任力模型。参照冰山理论模型,构建好的小学语文教师胜任力模型从上到下依次包括专业知识、专业技能、专业情意、自我发展、成就动机和个人特质六个维度。专业知识包括语文本体性知识、教育学、心理学等条件性知识和通识性知识;专业技能包括阅读能力、书写能力等17个胜任力特征;专业情意主要包含热爱学生、公平公正等胜任力特征;成就动机包括热爱教育和热爱语文这两个胜任力特征;自我发展包括自我反思能力和习惯、终身学习意识等5个胜任力特征;个人特质包含情感细腻、诗意情怀等10个胜任力特征。为了突显本模型语文学科的特点,将每一纬度中胜任力特征划分为普通教师共同具备的胜任力和小学语文教师特别具备的胜任力。本研究构建的小学语文教师胜任力模型不仅普遍适用于在职小学语文教师的招聘、培训、进职、考核等各方面,亦为职前师范类大学生培养提供课程设置依据。
[Abstract]:In order to promote the professional development of Chinese teachers in primary schools and provide them with objective basis, this study uses questionnaires and behavioral events interviews to extensively collect the competency characteristics of primary school Chinese teachers. By using the focus interview method to detect the competency characteristics of primary school Chinese teachers, a general applicable competency model of primary school Chinese teachers is constructed, with reference to the iceberg theory model. Build a good competency model of primary school Chinese teachers from top to bottom, including professional knowledge, professional skills, professional feelings, self-development. There are six dimensions of achievement motivation and individual trait. Professional knowledge includes Chinese ontology knowledge, pedagogy, psychology and other conditional knowledge and general knowledge. Professional skills include reading ability, writing ability and so on 17 competency characteristics; Professional feelings mainly include students love, fair and just and other competency characteristics; The motivation of achievement includes two characteristics: love of education and love of Chinese; Self-development includes self-reflection ability and habit, lifelong learning consciousness, etc. In order to highlight the characteristics of the Chinese subject of this model, the personal characteristics include 10 competency characteristics, such as emotional delicacy, poetic feelings and so on. The competency characteristics in each latitude are divided into the common competence of ordinary teachers and the special competence of primary school Chinese teachers. The competency model of primary school Chinese teachers constructed in this study is not only generally applicable to in-service primary schools. Recruitment of language teachers. Training, entry, examination and other aspects, also for pre-service normal college students to provide the basis of the curriculum.
