小学体育教师职业忠诚度研究

【摘要】:教师是培育祖国花朵的辛勤园丁,对于学生的培养意义重大。建立一支稳固的教师队伍,是完成国家普及九年义务教育,基本扫清青少年文盲必然的要求,同样也培养了大量优秀的人才,为我国国民整体素质的提高,综合国力的不断提升提供了强有力的条件。新世纪就注定面临新变化。对教师也有了新的定位。教师正面临着来自各方面的压力和挑战,教师职业忠诚问题也逐渐呈现出来,不利于教师工作动力的提升和职业道德的完善。教师职业忠诚是教师树立坚定职业信仰和树立正确工作态度的基础,也是稳定教师队伍,促进新课程改革顺利进行的重要保障。本文以济南市小学体育教师为研究对象,采纳目的抽样选取适量的样本作为问卷发放对象,对小学体育教师职业忠诚现状举行问卷调查。本文共分为五个部分:前言、相关理论与概念界定、研究结果与分析、提高小学体育教师职业忠诚度的对策、结论与建议。在前言中主要介绍了研究的背景、研究的目的与研究意义、国内外关于教师职业忠诚度的研究综述、此项研究的内容和主要方法、研究的创新点。第二部分主要对教师职业忠诚的相关观念进行了剖析与界定及相关理论的剖析。第三部分是本文的核心部分,研究结果与分析。起先检验问卷的信度与效度。其次,通过剖析小学体育教师职业忠诚度的影响因素,经调查研究表明小学体育教师在职业忠诚度方面出现明显的不足:具体表现在性别、年龄、职称、学力、婚姻状况等几个方面在情感、行为、态度三个维度存在的差异。剖析结果显示小学体育教师的职业忠诚度普遍存在较低现象。小学教师职业忠诚度发生转变不是轻而易举,一下子就发生的,而是受到很多因素的影响,包括个人自身因素、学校因素、社会因素等。第四部分是本文的重点。针对调查所发现的问题提出提高小学体育教师职业忠诚度的相关对策,其中涉及到教师本身、社会、学校和国家等方面。通过分析影响小学体育教师忠诚度的多种因素,确定对应的改善方法,运用科学的理论依据,提供一些有助于小学体育教师职业忠诚度发展的参考。第五部分结论与建议。
[Abstract]:Teachers are hard gardeners to cultivate the flowers of the motherland, which is of great significance to the cultivation of students. To establish a stable contingent of teachers is the inevitable requirement to complete the national popularization of nine-year compulsory education and basically eliminate illiteracy among young people. They have also trained a large number of outstanding talents to improve the overall quality of our people. The continuous improvement of comprehensive national strength provides strong conditions. The new century is destined to face new changes. Teachers are also facing a new position. Teachers are facing various pressures and challenges, and the problem of teachers' professional loyalty is gradually emerging. Teachers' professional loyalty is the basis for teachers to establish a firm professional belief and a correct working attitude, and is also a stable team of teachers, which is not conducive to the promotion of teachers' working motivation and the perfection of their professional ethics. This paper takes the primary school physical education teachers of Jinan as the research object, adopts the goal sampling to select the right amount of sample as the questionnaire issuing object. This paper is divided into five parts: the preface, the definition of relevant theories and concepts, the research results and analysis, and the countermeasures to improve the professional loyalty of primary school PE teachers. Conclusions and suggestions. In the preface, the background, purpose and significance of the research, the research review of teachers' professional loyalty at home and abroad, the contents and main methods of this study are introduced. The second part mainly analyzes and defines the related concepts of teachers' professional loyalty and analyzes the relevant theories. The third part is the core part of this paper. At first, the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested. Secondly, the influencing factors of the professional loyalty of primary school PE teachers were analyzed. The investigation shows that there are obvious deficiencies in the professional loyalty of PE teachers in primary school: sex, age, professional title, academic ability, marital status and other aspects of emotion, behavior, etc. The analysis results show that the professional loyalty of primary school PE teachers is generally low. The change of primary school teachers' professional loyalty is not easy. It is affected by many factors, including personal factors, school factors, social factors and so on. Part 4th is the focus of this paper. In view of the problems found in the investigation, the author puts forward the relevant countermeasures to improve the professional loyalty of primary school PE teachers. It involves teachers themselves, society, schools and countries. By analyzing various factors that affect the loyalty of PE teachers in primary schools, the corresponding improvement methods are determined, and the scientific theoretical basis is used. To provide some references for the development of professional loyalty of PE teachers in primary schools. 5th conclusions and suggestions.
