江苏省宿迁市小学教师激励因素研究

【摘要】:激励理论在当今社会许多领域发挥着越来越重要的作用,而激励理论在中小学教师管理中的地位也日益突显。现如今我们的教师队伍中常常出现一些不良现象:一些教师整天在抱怨中进行工作,他们抱怨工资太低,满足不了需求;抱怨学生能力太差、水平太低,教得很累;一些教师工作懒散,没有工作意识;一些教师得过且过,并没有把工作当回事,下课之后便消失的无影无踪,忙于工作之外的其他事务。因此运用激励理论来激发教师的工作活力,促进教师工作能力的提高,保障教育工作的正常运转,实现其教育价值和社会价值的双重效果是非常重要的。本研究以江苏省宿迁市小学教师作为调查对象,在前人研究成果的基础上,运用管理学的激励理论,通过文献阅读、实地采访和问卷调查等方式获得小学教师的具体激励因素,以内容型激励理论和人为激励理论为依据对激励因素进行分类,通过自编的教师激励因素重要程度问卷以及教师激励因素满意情况问卷,对江苏省小学教师进行问卷调查,并借助SPSS20.0软件对获得的数据进行分析处理得出:教师对各激励因素的偏好、不同背景教师激励因素的差异、教师对现有教师激励因素的满意情况。最后,根据分析所得到的结论有针对性地提出小学教师激励管理的建议。
[Abstract]:Incentive theory is playing a more and more important role in many fields of today's society. The position of incentive theory in the management of primary and secondary school teachers is also increasingly prominent. Nowadays, there are often some bad phenomena in our teachers: some teachers work in complaints all day long, they complain that the wages are too low to meet the demand; Complaining that students' abilities are too poor, their level is too low, and they are tired of teaching; some teachers are lazy and do not have a sense of work; some teachers muddle by and do not take their work seriously, and after class they disappear without a trace. Therefore, using incentive theory to stimulate teachers' work vitality, to promote teachers' ability to work, to ensure the normal operation of educational work, It is very important to realize the dual effect of educational value and social value. This study takes primary school teachers in Suqian City of Jiangsu Province as the object of investigation, based on the previous research results, using the incentive theory of management, through literature reading. The specific incentive factors of primary school teachers were obtained by field interviews and questionnaires. The incentive factors were classified on the basis of content-type incentive theory and artificial incentive theory. Based on the self-designed questionnaire on the importance of teachers' motivation factors and the satisfaction of teachers' motivation factors, this paper makes a questionnaire survey on primary school teachers in Jiangsu Province. By analyzing and processing the data obtained by SPSS20.0 software, we can find out: teachers' preference for each incentive factor, the difference of teachers' motivation factors from different backgrounds, the teachers' satisfaction with the existing teachers' motivation factors. According to the conclusion of the analysis, the suggestion of incentive management of primary school teachers is put forward.
