首都体育学院参与小学体育发展项目开展的研究

【摘要】:首都体育学院参与小学体育发展项目是落实北京市教委提出的借助高等学校、社会力量支持中小学体育、美育特色发展工作的一个典范。首都体育学院作为北京市市教委直属的体育高等院校在体育学科建设方面有着自己突出的特色,学校结合自身的优势资源与六所小学进行合作。参与合作项目的小学分别是东城区和平里一小、安外三条小学、体育馆路小学;西城区北京实验二小玉桃园分校、中古友谊小学和海淀区民族小学。文章采用了文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、田野调查法、数理统计法五种研究方法,主要从文化建设、学科教学、社团发展、教师培养、理论研究五个方面着手调查研究;除此之外,对项目的组织机构、资金审批和利用、师资力量也做了详细的调查分析。调查结果证明项目开展卓有成效,得到学校、家长和社会的一致认可。通过调查和访谈发现一系列问题并提出对策,对首都体育学院参与小学体育发展项目具有一定的理论借鉴意义。该研究得出以下结论:1.首都体育学院参与小学体育发展项目各组织机构至上而下,分工明细,职权清晰,工作有条不紊。2.首都体育学院参与小学体育发展项目资金的审批和利用过程严格缜密,各个环节有章可循,市财政局审计处针对资金的分配监管力度很大,确保专款专用;但是过程较为繁琐,各款项到账时间较慢。3.首都体育学院参与小学体育发展项目的开展,增加了合作小学的师资力量,很大程度上提高了学生课外活动和课外训练质量。4.首都体育学院参与小学体育发展项目文化建设丰富多彩,从足球、篮球、武术、综艺活动四个方面重点建设,有效地提升孩子体育文化素养,拓宽体育知识层面;学科教学结构合理、内容难易适中、课堂气氛生动活泼,但是在学期中和学期末缺少过程性评价;社团发展多式多样,较为成熟;教师培养活动丰富,内容充实;理论研究颇有成效,但还不够满足项目教学的使用。5.学生和家长对于“高参小”项目的认知程度较低。
[Abstract]:The participation of the Capital Institute of physical Education in the primary school sports development project is the implementation of the Beijing Municipal Education Commission's proposal to support primary and secondary school sports with the help of institutions of higher learning and social forces. The Capital Institute of physical Education, as a sports institution directly under the Beijing Municipal Education Commission, has its own outstanding characteristics in the construction of sports disciplines. The schools cooperate with six primary schools in combination with their own superior resources. The primary schools participating in the cooperative project are one small in Heping Li in Dongcheng District, three primary schools in Anwai, and one in Gymnasium Road; and in Xicheng District, Beijing Experimental No. 2 small Yudao Yuan Campus, Middle Ancient Friendship Primary School and Haidian District Primary School for nationalities. This paper adopts five research methods, such as literature, questionnaire, expert interview, field investigation, mathematical statistics, mainly from the aspects of cultural construction, subject teaching, and community development. In addition, the organization of the project, the examination and approval and utilization of funds, and the teachers' strength were also investigated and analyzed in detail. The results of the investigation proved that the project had been carried out effectively and got a school. Parental and social consensus. Through surveys and interviews to identify a series of problems and propose countermeasures, This study draws the following conclusions: 1. The capital physical education institute participates in the primary school physical education development project organization above all, the division of labor is detailed, the authority is clear, the capital physical education institute participates in the primary school sports development project has the certain theory reference significance, the research obtains the following conclusion: 1. The capital physical education institute participates in the examination and approval and the utilization process of the primary school sports development project funds is strict and meticulous, each link has the rule to follow, the city finance bureau audit department to the fund allocation supervision is very strong, ensures the special fund to use; However, the process was more complicated, and the time of payment to account was slow. 3.The Capital Institute of physical Education participated in the development of the primary school physical education development project, which increased the teaching staff of the cooperative primary school. To a great extent, the quality of extracurricular activities and extracurricular training of students has been improved .4.The Capital Institute of physical Education has participated in the cultural construction of primary school sports development projects in a variety of ways, focusing on four aspects: football, basketball, martial arts, and variety arts activities. Effectively improve children's sports cultural literacy, broaden the level of sports knowledge, reasonable subject structure, moderate content, lively classroom atmosphere, but lack of process evaluation at the end of term and semester. The teachers' training activities are rich and the contents are abundant; the theoretical research is quite effective, but it is not enough to satisfy the use of the project teaching. 5. The students and parents have a low cognitive level for the "high participation and primary school" project.
