小学“品德与社会”课有效教学的策略研究

【摘要】:小学“品德与社会”作为学校德育课程,在学生的思想道德建设中起着举足轻重的作用,也是学校对学生进行道德教育的主阵地、主渠道。然而,在学校教育教学中,重智育轻德育的现象依然存在,运用调查问卷分析发现,小学“品德与社会”课堂教学现状堪忧:“品德与社会”课任课教师兼职化,缺乏学科专业素养;教学内容单一,教学资源缺乏;教学方法简单,课堂缺乏吸引力;学生的学习缺乏实效性,缺乏正确有效的指导和实施。教师仍然以一本书、一本教参、一张光盘进课堂,以讲授法为主要教学手段,教学效率低下。学校肩负着培育新一代的主要职责,“品德与社会”课堂教学的效果将成为提高学生道德判断和行为选择能力,进而适应社会、积极参与社会的基础,因此努力提升小学“品德与社会”课堂的教学效果将具有重要的意义。本论文的研究以小学“品德与社会”课有效教学的策略研究为内容,以建构主义学习理论,教学过程最优化理论以及夸美纽斯在“自然适应性原则”这一方法论指导下的直观原理、活动原理以及兴趣与自发原理为理论指导和支撑,以文献研究、调查研究、案例分析为研究方法,提出了提高小学“品德与社会”课教学效果的策略。笔者根据小学“品德与社会”课程具有综合性、实践性、开放性的特点,提出了以下教学策略:整合课程资源,优化教学内容,增强教学实效;基于平等师生关系的问答、讨论对话策略;以体验学习、探究学习为主的活动行为指导策略;以公民教育实践活动为例的问题解决学习策略;运用现代教育信息技术促进教学的策略,并对各教学策略的实施提出了具体方法和要求,同时进行课堂实证研究,以提高课堂教学的有效性。当然,以上的各项教学策略并不是孤立存在的,而是相互融合、相互影响,并且只有当他们有机融合起来才会取得更为明显的效果。教学策略的选择运用有赖于教师自身专业素质的提高。小学“品德与社会”课程作为对学生进行思想道德教育的重要课程,应跟随时代的步伐不断转变教学理念和教学方法,提升课堂教学效果,它是信息时代的需要,是课程改革的需要,更是学生道德成长、社会性发展的需要。笔者希望通过课题的研究能够推动教师更加重视这门课程,运用多种方式推动课堂教学的变革,促进学生学习方式的变革,让品德课堂为学生的成长提供更好的服务。
[Abstract]:As the curriculum of moral education in primary schools, morality and society play an important role in the ideological and moral construction of students. It is also the main position and channel of moral education in schools. The phenomenon of attaching importance to intellectual education and neglecting moral education still exists. Through questionnaire analysis, it is found that the present situation of classroom teaching of moral character and society in primary schools is worrying: the teachers of moral character and society are part-time, lack of discipline professional accomplishment, and the teaching content is single. Lack of teaching resources; simple teaching methods and lack of attractiveness in the classroom; lack of effectiveness in students' learning, lack of correct and effective guidance and implementation. The teacher still enters the classroom with a book, a teaching reference, and a CD. Taking teaching method as the main teaching method, the teaching efficiency is low. The school shoulders the main duty of cultivating the new generation. The effect of "moral character and society" classroom teaching will become to improve the students' ability of moral judgment and behavior choice, and then adapt to the society. Active participation in the foundation of society, so it will be of great significance to strive to improve the teaching effect of "morality and society" in primary schools. The study of this paper focuses on the study of effective teaching strategies in the course of "morality and Society" in primary schools. Guided by constructivism learning theory, teaching process optimization theory and Comenius' intuitionistic principle, activity principle, interest and spontaneity principle under the guidance of the methodology of "principle of natural adaptability," Through investigation and case study, this paper puts forward some strategies to improve the teaching effect of moral character and society in primary school. According to the comprehensive, practical and open characteristics of moral character and society in primary school, the author puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the teaching effect of moral character and society in primary school. The following teaching strategies are put forward: integrating curriculum resources, optimizing teaching contents and enhancing teaching effectiveness; discussing dialogue strategies based on equal teacher-student relationship; guiding strategies of activity behavior based on experiential learning and inquiry learning; This paper takes the practice of civic education as an example to solve the problems of learning strategies, uses modern educational information technology to promote teaching strategies, and puts forward specific methods and requirements for the implementation of each teaching strategy. At the same time, the classroom empirical research is carried out. In order to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching. Of course, the above teaching strategies do not exist in isolation, but merge and influence each other. The choice and application of teaching strategy depends on the improvement of teachers' professional quality. The curriculum of moral character and society in primary school is thought way for students. The important curriculum of moral education, We should follow the pace of the times to constantly change the teaching ideas and teaching methods, improve the classroom teaching effect, it is the need of the information age, is the need of curriculum reform, but also the moral growth of students. The author hopes that through the research of the subject, teachers can pay more attention to this course, use various ways to promote the reform of classroom teaching, and promote the change of students' learning style. Let the moral class for the growth of students to provide better services.
