北京密云农村小学篮球运动调查研究

【摘要】:篮球作为一种在我国拥有较为广泛参与基础的球类运动,一直深受我国教育体系中各个阶段学生的喜爱,而篮球自身对于场地以及器材较为宽松的要求,也为这一运动在教育资源发展并不均衡的我国的推广尤其是在农村地区学校的推广提供了方便。因此,将北京密云农村小学篮球运动调查研究作为本文的研究对象。在考察密云区各个乡镇的农村小学篮球运动调查的基础上,把密云地区分为偏远地区、中等偏远地区、最偏远地区,分别以河南寨镇、西田各庄镇、太师屯镇、巨各庄镇、不老屯镇、穆家峪镇等6个乡镇内的16所农村小学为例。在研究方法的选择上,为了满足本文研究课题对于篮球教学理论和农村小学篮球运动调查两方面数据的需求。本文综合运用问卷调查法、文献资料法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法和专家访谈法等研究方法。从农村小学体育师资现状、密云区农村小学生的基本情况、密云区农村小学篮球硬件设施情况、密云区农村小学篮球教学现状、密云区农村小学课外体育活动篮球开展情况等方面进行了较为深入的研究以及分析。本文得出了以下结论:(1)当前仍然存在着因篮球教学方式粗放,篮球课程考核方式不合理以及篮球硬件设施匮乏而导致的阻碍篮球课程以及学生课下篮球运动开展的问题。(2)学生社团这一促进篮球运动开展的中坚力量的作用并没与完全发挥出来,学生以及教师对于篮球运动的热情并没有得到完全的发挥。(3)教师队伍中本科以上学历的体育教师所占的比重较少,拥有高级职称的体育教师更是少之又少。(4)学校与家长沟通不足,家长没有形成对于学校篮球运动开展价值的正确认识,家长没有形成对于学校组织的课外篮球活动以及课下篮球训练课程的正确认识。提出了以下建议:(1)加强国家相关教育政策落实力度,在对区内各个学校篮球硬件设施状况进行详细调查的基础之上,根据不同学校的需求进行篮球硬件设施的优化,提高区内教育资源利用效率。(2)创新学生管理机制,建设由学生自愿参与、自主决定的篮球社团管理机制,以篮球社团的形式对学生课下篮球活动进行指导与管理,建设由学校组织,家长支持,学生积极参与的覆盖课上以及课下的篮球运动社团。(3)对当前的体育教师聘用机制进行调整,有侧重点的增强本科以上体育教师在区体育教师队伍中所占的比重,并结合教师进修的方式,增强教师的篮球教学水平。(4)学校应当积极与学生家长以及社区组织进行交流与合作,获得家长以及社区的支持,共同提高学生对于篮球运动的参与度和家长对于学校组织的篮球课下活动及社团的认可度。(5)合理调整教学地点以及教学形式,通过在雾霾天气进行室内教学的方式,降低雾霾天气对于篮球课程开展状况以及学生健康状况的影响。
[Abstract]:Basketball, as a kind of ball game with extensive participation foundation in our country, has been deeply loved by students in all stages of our country's education system, but basketball itself has relatively loose requirements for the field and equipment. It also facilitates the promotion of this movement in our country, where the development of educational resources is not balanced, especially in rural schools. On the basis of investigating the basketball sports of rural primary schools in Miyun district, Miyun area is divided into remote areas, middle and remote areas. In the most remote areas, 16 rural primary schools in 6 townships, including Hainanzhai, Xitian, Taishitun, Jugezhuang, Bulaotun and Mujiayu, are respectively taken as examples. In the selection of research methods, In order to meet the demand of basketball teaching theory and basketball sports investigation in rural primary school, this paper synthetically applies questionnaire, literature, mathematical statistics, and so on, in order to meet the need of the research on basketball teaching theory and basketball sports investigation in rural primary schools. From the current situation of physical education teachers in rural primary schools, the basic situation of primary school students in Miyun area, the situation of basketball hardware facilities in rural primary schools in Miyun district, the present situation of basketball teaching in rural primary schools in Miyun district, This paper makes a deep research and analysis on the development of extracurricular sports basketball activities in rural primary schools in Miyun District. The following conclusions are drawn in this paper: (1) there are still extensive basketball teaching methods at present. The problem of how to check basketball courses and the lack of basketball hardware is the problem of basketball courses and students' basketball activities after class.) the role of student associations, which is the backbone force to promote the development of basketball games, is also discussed in this paper. Is not fully played out, Students and teachers' enthusiasm for basketball has not been fully played.) the proportion of PE teachers with bachelor's degree or above in the teaching team is relatively small. Physical education teachers with senior professional titles are even less. 4) the school has insufficient communication with parents, and parents have not formed a correct understanding of the value of school basketball development. Parents have not formed a correct understanding of the extracurricular basketball activities organized by the school and the after-class basketball training courses. On the basis of the detailed investigation of the situation of basketball hardware facilities in various schools in the area, the basketball hardware facilities are optimized according to the needs of different schools, and the utilization efficiency of educational resources in this area is improved. 2) the students' management mechanism is innovated. To construct the management mechanism of basketball association, which is decided by the students voluntarily and independently, to guide and manage the students' basketball activities after class in the form of basketball association, and to be supported by the school and the parents. Students actively participate in the coverage of the class and after the basketball sports associations. 3) to adjust the current recruitment mechanism of physical education teachers, there is a focus on the enhancement of undergraduate sports teachers in the area of physical education teachers in the ranks of the proportion, Combined with the way of teachers' further study, we should strengthen teachers' basketball teaching level. 4) the school should actively communicate and cooperate with parents and community organizations, and obtain the support of parents and communities. Jointly improve students' participation in basketball and parents' recognition of after-school basketball activities and associations organized by the school.) adjust the teaching location and teaching form reasonably, and conduct indoor teaching in haze weather. Reduce the impact of haze weather on the development of basketball classes and the health of students.
