【摘要】：正不能让那些与学生、学校无甚关系的检查、评估、评审、评选、创建活动"绑架"了我们的学校和学生。作为一名基层义务学校管理工作者,我深深感到要想真正拥有"办学自主权"是多么不容易。现实中,各种名目繁多、繁琐细碎的评估、评审、评选、创建常常接踵而至。笔者作过统计,某县教育局曾经一个月内下发多达50多份通知和文件,有时一个星期安排四五次会议,校长被迫沦落为"开会校长"。主管部门或政府其他部门每个月都会主动安排学校做一些他们看来认为很重要的事情,但从
