小学低段学生数学学习困难调查与能力培养研究

【摘要】:笔者是一位长期在教育岗位一线的工作者,发现学生随着年级的升高,学困生的数量越来越多。本文的研究目的在于从小学低段抓起,通过家庭的配合、学校教师合理的教学手段,让学生从小学低段开始对数学产生兴趣,减少学困生的出现,让数学学习不再成为他们学习中的绊脚石;通过数学的学习,培养学生的记忆、观察等能力。在研究的过程中,笔者首先查阅了大量有关学困生的成因及解决办法等文献资料,发现对学困生成因的分析都非常简略,数学学科特点不明显;解决办法不丰富,也缺乏操作性。于是笔者在本市某小学一二年级310名学生中确定了学困生和学优生各30名,对学困生进行了问卷调查和个别访谈,对学困生和学优生的家长进行问卷调查,提炼了小学低段学生数学学习困难的原因,结合笔者近几年小学低段数学教学的经验,选择了有代表性的案例,进行了具体的案例分析,总结了一些操作性强、切实可行的办法。本文分为如下部分:首先,讨论了问题的提出背景和研究意义,对学习困难和数学学习困难学生进行了界定。由于研究问题结果的不确定性,说明了本文研究主要采用质性研究方法的依据。其次,查阅了有关学困生的成因及解决办法等文献资料,进行了综述,结合笔者一线教学的经验积累,拟定了对学困生的问卷,进行调查并结合访谈;对学困生和学优生的家长进行了问卷调查,并选定几名学困生在教学过程中对学困生学习和生活情况的具体观察。再次,对调查结果、访谈情况、课堂观察结果进行分析,从家庭、学校和个人三个方面分析了形成小学低段学生数学学习困难的原因。最后,是切实有效的实施对策与办法。通过培养学生的能力入手,从家庭、学校和个人提出了一些有效的,并可供小学低段教师在教学中用到的切实可行的对策与实施办法。
[Abstract]:The author is a worker who has been in the educational post for a long time, and finds that the number of students with learning difficulties is increasing with the increase of grade. The purpose of this study is to start at the lower level of primary school and to cooperate with the family. School teachers' reasonable teaching methods enable students to become interested in mathematics from the lower level of primary school, reduce the appearance of students with learning difficulties, and make mathematics learning no longer a stumbling block in their study; through the study of mathematics, students' memory can be cultivated. In the course of the research, the author first consulted a large number of literature about the causes and solutions of the students with learning difficulties, and found that the analysis of the causes of the students with learning difficulties is very simple, the characteristics of mathematics is not obvious, the solutions are not rich, There is also a lack of maneuverability. Therefore, the author has determined 30 students with learning difficulties and 30 excellent students from each of 310 students in the first and second grade of a primary school in this city. Questionnaires and interviews have been carried out on students with learning difficulties, and questionnaires have been conducted on parents of students with learning difficulties and students with excellent learning. This paper abstracts the reasons for the difficulty in learning mathematics of the students in the lower level of primary school, and combines with the author's experience in teaching mathematics in the low stage in recent years, selects the representative case, carries on the concrete case analysis, summarizes some operable strong, This paper is divided into the following parts: firstly, the background and significance of the problem are discussed, and the students with learning difficulties and mathematics learning difficulties are defined. The paper explains the basis of the qualitative research method in this paper. Secondly, it reviews the literature about the causes and solutions of the students with learning difficulties, and draws up a questionnaire for the students with learning difficulties, combined with the accumulation of the author's first-line teaching experience. Carry on the investigation and combine the interview; have carried on the questionnaire to the parents of the students with learning difficulties and the excellent students, and selected several students with learning difficulties to observe the learning and living conditions of the students with learning difficulties in the teaching process. Thirdly, to the investigation result, the interview situation, Based on the analysis of classroom observation results, this paper analyzes the reasons for the difficulty in learning mathematics of the students in the lower stage of primary school from three aspects: family, school and individual. Finally, it is a practical and effective way to carry out the measures and methods, starting with the cultivation of students' ability. From the family, school and individual, this paper puts forward some effective countermeasures and implementation methods which can be used in the teaching of primary school teachers in low level.
