小学大课间室内特色课间操创编研究

【摘要】:全国各校在贯彻中共中央国务院《关于加强青少年体质增强青少年体质的意见》的通知,坚持“健康第一”的指导思想下,积极蓬勃开展亿万阳光体育运动,认真落实学生每天锻炼一小时大力发展学校大课间体育活动。本文立足此背景下,主要采用文献资料法、专家访谈法等方法对我国小学大课间体育活动开展现状进行详细了解。整理得知:我国小学在开展大课间活动中总体上呈现蓬勃发展的趋势,但是部分地区学校存在场地器材不足,偶遇特殊天气、活动内容形式单一等因素无法顺利开展大课间体育活动的问题。为在一定程度上缓解改善这一系列问题,为学校进一步丰富小学大课间体育活动内容和形式提供理论与实践性的参考意见。本研究力求在遵循以人为本,体育与文化、体育与游戏相结合的指导思想下,创编出一系列较适用于室内教室环境开展、较易激发小学生锻炼兴趣且分别服务于小学1-2年级、3-4年级、5-6年级三个不同阶段学生锻炼的共计五套小学室内特色课间操。即适用1-2年级小学生锻炼的“小小少年-柔韧素质类室内特色课间操”;适用3-4年级学生锻炼的“快乐的小汽车-速度、灵敏类室内特色课间操”;适用5-6年级小学生锻炼的“风火少年-综合素质类室内特色课间操”、“节奏大师-综合素质类室内特色课间操”、“森林冒险记-综合素质类室内特色课间操”。创编出的五套小学室内特色课间操均较适用于室内教室开展,能较好的利用室内教室空间环境,可以一定程度上避免学生体育锻炼受阴雨、场地不足的影响。其操与游戏、操与文化、操与身体素质锻炼相结合的动作表现形式能进一步提高学生锻炼兴趣,在一定程度上有助于保证学生每天体育活动锻炼质量和时间,为进一步丰富小学大课间体育活动内容和形式,推进大课间发展和为未来室内特色课间操相关创编提供理论性参考。
[Abstract]:In implementing the circular of the State Council of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on strengthening the physique of young people and adhering to the guiding ideology of "health first," schools throughout the country have vigorously carried out hundreds of millions of sunshine sports. We should conscientiously carry out the students' daily exercise for one hour and vigorously develop the physical activities between schools. This paper, based on this background, mainly adopts the method of literature and materials. The methods of expert interview and other methods have made a detailed understanding of the present situation of physical education activities in primary schools in our country. According to the arrangement, the primary schools in our country have taken on the trend of vigorous development in the development of large class activities on the whole. However, some schools in some regions have problems of insufficient space and equipment, occasional special weather, single form of activities, etc. In order to alleviate and improve this series of problems to a certain extent, they are unable to carry out large class sports activities smoothly. This study aims to provide theoretical and practical reference for further enriching the contents and forms of physical activities in primary schools. This study aims to follow the guiding ideology of people-oriented, sports and culture, sports and games. To create a series of more suitable for indoor classroom environment development, A total of five sets of indoor special class exercises for primary school students at different stages of grade 3-4 to grade 3-4 and grade 5-6, which are easy to stimulate pupils' interest in exercise and serve for grade 1-2 grade 3-4 grade 5-6 grades of primary school students. -Indoor characteristic class exercises of flexibility ";" Happy car-speed "for 3-4 grade students." Can make good use of the indoor classroom space environment, can avoid to some extent the student physical training to be affected by the rain, the space insufficiency. Its exercise and the game, the exercise and the culture, The combination of exercise and physical fitness can further enhance the students' interest in exercise, and to a certain extent help to ensure the quality and time of students' physical exercise every day. In order to further enrich the content and form of physical activity between primary schools, promote the development of large class and provide theoretical reference for the future creation of indoor special class exercises.
