小学高段英语课外作业分层设计研究

【摘要】:随着新课程改革的深入,当代教育强调的是学生全面素质的提升,不仅仅是应试考试的能力,更重视的是对学生多方面能力的培养。在英语教学中,重视课外作业是根据学生综合能力与素质培养的基本理念提出来的。课外作业是教学的重要组成部分,是学生学习的重要形式之一,是课堂教学的延续和补充,是连接课堂教学与课外学习的关键环节,它既能巩固课堂教学,强化对课堂学习内容的理解,又能对教学效果和学习效果进行有效反馈,培养学生独立思考、独立学习的能力。其中作业设计的量、形式,也是透视教师教育理念的窗口。而当前英语课外作业的分层设计还没有引起英语教育研究人员的普遍关注,本研究以我所任教班级的学生作为主要研究对象,采用了文献法,调查法,实验法,认真调查了我校小学高年级英语课外作业现状,包括作业的难度,作业量,作业的内容形式,学生对作业的态度等,同时也通过深度访谈深入了解了我校小学高年级的11位英语教师对于课外作业的设计情况,在充分分析的基础上,结合相应的加德纳的多元智能理论,最近发展区理论及人本主义理论研究基础,对小学高年级课外作业实施分层设计,从课外作业分层实施的结果分析中发现,学生对待作业的态度,对待英语学习的态度及学生的成绩都得到了一定程度的变化。但是分层课外作业的实施也提出了一些思考的问题:如分层作业与考试如何有效结合,教师的工作量显著的增加,如何使家长支持分层课外作业,如何缩小学生成绩的两极分化。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the new curriculum reform, contemporary education emphasizes the promotion of students' overall quality, not only the ability of examination-oriented examinations, but also the cultivation of students' various abilities. The emphasis on extracurricular work is put forward according to the basic idea of cultivating students' comprehensive ability and quality. Homework is an important part of teaching, one of the important forms of students' study, and a continuation and supplement of classroom teaching. It is the key link between classroom teaching and extracurricular learning. It can not only consolidate classroom teaching, strengthen the understanding of classroom learning content, but also provide effective feedback on teaching effect and learning effect, so as to train students to think independently. The ability of independent learning. The quantity and form of homework design is also a window to the perspective of teachers' educational idea. However, the current layering design of English extracurricular homework has not aroused the general concern of English education researchers. This research takes the students of my teaching class as the main research object, adopts the literature method, the investigation method, the experimental method, has carefully investigated the present situation of the English extracurricular homework in the senior grade of our school, including the difficulty of the homework, the amount of homework, At the same time, through in-depth interviews, 11 English teachers in our primary school deeply understand the design of extracurricular homework, which is based on a thorough analysis. Combining with Gardner's theory of multiple intelligences, the theory of proximal development area and the theory of humanism, the layered design of the homework in the senior grade of primary school is carried out, and the results of the stratification implementation of the homework are found out. Students' attitude towards homework, attitude towards English learning and students' achievement have all changed to a certain extent. However, the implementation of layered homework also raises some thinking questions, such as how to combine stratified homework with exams effectively. Teachers' workload increased significantly, how to make parents support layered homework, how to reduce the polarization of students' achievement.
