重庆市梁平县农村小学教育中“家校合作”的现状调查及问题分析

【摘要】：家校合作是学生、家庭与学校之间为促进教学、相互配合、相互监督和相互作用的必然选择。教学秩序的正常化、教育的深度、人性化做得怎么样,家校合作的学校文明发展的标准。越来越多的学校开始关注,并制定家校合作的计划,开始着手实施这一教育正常化运转所需的模式。人的社会性决定了,只凭学校的力量进行的教育学是不完整的,只有融入家庭,立足社会才能更好的关注教育,教育的方法、措施才能很好的施行。从近两年关于家校合作方面的研究文献来看,在我国,尤其农村地区,对家庭教育、对留守儿童的关注,表明了人们越来越重视家庭关系,关注学校教育,家庭与学校这两者存在的不可割离的关系,使得家校合作,尤其是在农村地区的家庭与学校的合作重要性较为突出,一些地区和学校制定了相应的政策,采取了一些切实可行的措施加大家校合作的力度。但由于受传统观念的束缚,环境的影响、教学条件和家庭条件的制约这一举措在施行的过程中遇到了一些障碍,也碰撞出了存在的一些问题。本文选取重庆市梁平县农村小学为对象,展开调查研究,对家校合作的措施、推行,从学校方面、家庭方面、以及选取部分学生进行调查、了解及综合,对农村小学的家校合作中存在问题、原因和对策进行了细致地分析,以期通过总结家校合作中存在的问题,寻求合理的解决办法,有效促进农村教育的和谐发展,最终实现农村孩子的健康成长。
[Abstract]:Home-school cooperation is an inevitable choice between students, families and schools to promote teaching, cooperation, mutual supervision and interaction. The normalization of the teaching order, the depth of education, and the humanization of education. More and more schools are beginning to pay attention to, and make plans for, home-school cooperation, and begin to implement the model needed to normalize the operation of this education.People are determined by sociality. The pedagogy carried out only by the strength of the school is incomplete. Only by integrating into the family, can we better focus on education, educational methods, and measures based on the society. From the recent two years of research literature on home-school cooperation, In our country, especially in rural areas, the concern about family education and left-behind children shows that people are paying more and more attention to family relations, to school education, to the irrevocable relationship between family and school, and to the cooperation between home and school. Especially in rural areas, the importance of cooperation between families and schools is more prominent. Some regions and schools have formulated corresponding policies and taken some practical measures to strengthen the cooperation between families and schools. However, due to the constraints of traditional concepts, The influence of environment, the restriction of teaching conditions and family conditions have met some obstacles and problems in the course of implementation. This paper takes the rural primary school of Liangping County in Chongqing as the object of investigation and research. This paper makes a detailed analysis of the problems, causes and countermeasures of home-school cooperation in rural primary schools by investigating, understanding and synthesizing some students from the aspects of school, family and school. In order to sum up the problems existing in the cooperation between home and school, to seek reasonable solutions, to effectively promote the harmonious development of rural education, and finally to realize the healthy growth of rural children.
