承德市小学美术教学现状调查与对策研究

【摘要】:学校美术课是学校教育必不可少的组成部分,它不仅仅是国民教育的基础,也是提高国民基本素质最为有效的途径之一;同时,它肩负着陶冶求学者情操,提高求学者审美能力的重任。然而小学美术正是美学学习的基石与起点,它是鉴赏能力和审美能力形成的关键时期,也是促进人本身全面发展的重要阶段,所以小学美术教育不容忽视。但是,近年来承德市小学生美术成绩和审美水平都呈现了逐渐下滑的趋势,这些都引起承德市教育者和相关学者们的忧心和关注。在此前的调查中已经发现承德市小学生们不仅仅每天要面临繁重的课业压力,而且还要应对现今快节奏的生活方式,这些无疑对他们都产生了极大的不良影响,使他们在意识上忽视了美术学习,在思想上也就放松了对“美”的追求。从人类身心发展的一般规律来看,美学知识的欠缺必然会导致综合素养的缺陷。因此,加强对小学美术教育教学的研究与发掘是极为必要的,因为它们对青少年身心健康意识是有着极为重要的意义。因此,本文主要通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法、实地调查法、问卷调查法、访谈法等研究方法获得相应一手资料,再通过数理统计对相关资料进行整合、分析。以承德市小学美术教学展开的现状为着眼点,分析承德市小学美术教育教学实践过程中所遇到的问题,针对其不足提出相应对策,力求探索出一条真正适合承德市小学美术教育教学发展的新道路,迎来承德市小学美术教育教学发展的春天。本文的研究内容主要包括如下几部分:一,承德市小学美术教学现状分析。该部分深入研究了承德市小学美术课程设计现状、课程开展的现状、小学美术成绩评定和教学手段等方面的内容。在课程设计现状中深入研究了承德市小学美术教师制定课程设计的主要依据;在课程开展的现状部分对承德市小学生每周上美术课的节数、学习的内容、不同年级、不同性别的小学生在美术课中喜欢参加的美术活动以及美术课被占用的情况进行了统计和分析。在对小学美术成绩评定和教学手段的研究中发现,目前承德市小学美术课使用电教学的程度相对较低。二,承德市小学生美术课程学习的情况分析。通过研究小学生对美术课的喜爱程度以及课堂感受、学生们在美术课上的表现、学生们对教师的期盼与要求以及家长对美术课程的重视程度,来探究承德市小学生美术课程学习情况。在调查中发现承德市小学生对美术课有着浓厚的兴趣,在美术课上表现积极,而且绝大多数孩子表示在美术课的学习中可以获得快乐、得到愉悦。在孩子们对教师的要求上他们喜欢年青且幽默、和蔼的老师。这些都为我们一线美术教育工作,提供了宝贵的理论依据和事实论据。三,承德市小学美术教师师资队伍现状分析。该部分通过对承德市小学美术教师文化程度、工资收入、职称概况、进修培训概况等方面的研究,来整体把握承德市小学美术教师师资队伍现状。在调查中发现,承德市小学美术教师文化程度普遍较高,大多集中在本科。但是小学美术教师取得的薪资报酬却相对承德市实际的消费水平和人均收入的平均值来看,相对较低。而且由于美术学科不是升学考试科目,老师很少能获得教学成绩,所以承德市小学美术教师职称相对其他学科教师较低。在调查中还发现,教师进修培训重要集中在年青教师身上,对老教师有一定的歧视。四,通过研究分析承德市小学拥有美术专业教室情况、配备美术用具情况,来总结承德市小学美术专用教室、设施分布和使用情况。五,结合以上现状分析总结出承德市小学美术教学所面临的困境,提出应加强承德市有关领导和相关教育部门的对小学美术教育的重视力度、应利用现有资源充分调动学生的学习积极性、应加强对承德市小学美术教师师资队伍的建设、应加快对承德市小学美术专用教室的建等发展对策。

However, primary school is the foundation and starting point of art aesthetics, it is the key during the formation of appreciation ability and aesthetic ability, but also promote the comprehensive development of the stage itself, so the primary school art education can not be ignored. However, in recent years, the primary school art achievements and the aesthetic level of Chengde city showed a gradual downward trend, which caused Chengde educators and scholars concern and attention. In this investigation before has been found in Chengde City elementary school students not only a day to face the heavy academic pressure, but also to deal with today's fast-paced lifestyle, these It has great adverse effects on them, so that they ignore the consciousness of art learning, in the mind also has relaxed the pursuit of "beauty". From the view of the general laws of human physical and mental development, lack of aesthetic knowledge will inevitably lead to the defects of comprehensive literacy. Therefore, strengthen the research and exploration of primary school art education is very necessary, because of their physical and mental health of young people's consciousness has a very important significance. Therefore, this article mainly through literature, logical analysis, field survey, questionnaire survey, interviews and other research methods to obtain first-hand information, and then through the mathematical statistics of relevant data integration, analysis in Chengde city.
