小学德育评价体系研究

【摘要】:百年大计,教育为本,教育的根本任务是立德树人。在今天,就是培养和造就有利于两个一百年中国梦奋斗目标实现的,中国特色社会主义事业的建设者和接班人。禾荒小苗不得收,人荒小学不成才。小学是人生成长最重要,最关键的时期,小学德育教育的绩效,直接关系到中小学德育整体规划目标的实现,关系到社会主义核心价值观在人生起步阶段的建构和落实程度,德育工作是个整体,需要全员、全方位、全过程有效实施,严格管理,更需要科学评价、知行统一、正确引导,本文着重从建构和完善小学德育评价体系的角度展开分析和研究,论文通过初步系统的评价体系建构和案例分析,相对全面地提供和展现了有效推动小学德育教学和德育工作开展的评价路径。除绪论部分,本文按以下内容展开:第一章开展小学德育评价体系研究重要性分析。第二章小学德育评价体系的内容建构。包括小学德育评价体系建构的基本原则、小学学校德育评价内容、小学班级德育评价内容、小学学生个体品德评价内容、德育课堂评价内容四个部分。第三章小学德育评价指标体系的建构。包括德育评价指标体系内容的建构和德育评价指标体系的权重分配。第四章小学德育评价体系的运用,包括小学德育评价指标体系的应用案例和小学德育评价指标体系应用反思。第五章小学德育评价体系的完善和有效推广。包括小学德育评价体系建构的模式、坚持基础教育视野下小学德育评价体系对小学德育工作的指引、强化基础教育视野下小学德育评价体系对小学德育课堂的指导。以此形成一个自上而下,各阶段各环节相互配套、协调一致、相互贯通、有效衔接、科学规范的小学德育评价体系。
[Abstract]:The fundamental task of education is to build up people by virtue. Today, it is to cultivate and bring up two hundred years Chinese Dream's goal to achieve his goal. The builders and successors of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It is directly related to the realization of the goal of the overall planning of moral education in primary and secondary schools, and to the construction and implementation of the socialist core values in the initial stage of life. Strict management requires scientific evaluation, unity of knowledge and practice, correct guidance. This paper focuses on the analysis and research from the perspective of constructing and perfecting the evaluation system of moral education in primary schools. It provides and shows a relatively comprehensive evaluation path to effectively promote moral education teaching and moral education in primary schools. This paper is carried out according to the following contents: the first chapter analyzes the importance of the research on the evaluation system of moral education in primary schools, the content construction of the evaluation system of moral education in primary schools, including the basic principles of the construction of the evaluation system of moral education in primary schools, and the contents of the evaluation of moral education in primary schools. The content of moral evaluation of primary school class, the content of individual moral evaluation of primary school students, The third chapter is the construction of the evaluation index system of primary school moral education, including the construction of the content of the evaluation index system of moral education and the distribution of the weight of the evaluation index system of moral education. The fourth chapter is the application of the evaluation system of moral education in primary schools. The fifth chapter is about the improvement and effective promotion of the evaluation system of primary moral education, including the mode of constructing the evaluation system of moral education in primary schools, including the application cases of the evaluation index system of moral education in primary schools and the reflection of the application of the evaluation index system of moral education in primary schools. Adhere to the guidance of the evaluation system of moral education in primary schools from the perspective of basic education, and strengthen the guidance of the evaluation system of moral education in primary schools from the perspective of basic education, so as to form a top-down moral education classroom. The evaluation system of moral education in primary school is scientific and standardized.
