县域农村公立小学教师招聘考试现状、问题及对策分析

【摘要】：以县区为单位实施农村公立小学教师入职招聘考试,坚持公开招录、凡进必考,是师资队伍补充机制的有效途径,是大力加强农村基础教育师资队伍建设的重要举措。秦皇岛市各县区自2011年起开始面向社会公开选拔农村小学教师,积累了宝贵的经验,同时也存在一些问题。本文对这些问题进行初步探究,并针对性地提出一些对策,以期为今后更加有效、规范地补充县域农村小学师资队伍提供一定的借鉴。
[Abstract]:It is an effective way of supplementary mechanism for teachers to carry out the entrance examination of public primary school teachers in rural areas, to insist on open recruitment, and to take every step forward. It is also an important measure to strengthen the construction of teachers in rural elementary education.The counties and districts of Qinhuangdao City have started to open the selection of rural primary school teachers for the society since 2011, which has accumulated valuable experience, and at the same time, there are some problems.This paper makes a preliminary inquiry into these problems and puts forward some countermeasures in order to provide some references for the more effective and standardized supplement of the teachers in the county rural primary schools in the future.
