和美教学法的基本理念与实践

【摘要】：以和聚力,以美育人,促进学生主动、愉悦、多元发展是和美教学法的指导思想和终极目标。经过多年实践探索,和美教学法的理念内涵日趋完善,形成了运用知识树说课程和教材,个人自备、集体议备制度,实现了学生素养的多元多次评价,有效促进了学生全面高效发展。
[Abstract]:The guiding ideology and ultimate goal of the teaching method of harmony and beauty are to promote students' initiative, pleasure and pluralistic development.After many years of practice and exploration, the concept and connotation of the teaching method of harmony and beauty have become more and more perfect, and the curriculum and teaching materials have been formed using knowledge tree theory, and the system of personal self-provision and collective discussion and preparation has been formed, which has realized the multiple and multiple evaluation of students' literacy.Effectively promote the overall and efficient development of students.
