亲师共同推进城郊小学低年级学生课外阅读的行动研究

【摘要】:阅读在人的终身发展的过程中起着极其重要的作用。阅读能力的高低直接关乎个人的前途、国家的命运。课外阅读的重要性,在教育界已经被广泛认可。但是在实际的教育教学的实践中,将课外阅读扎实地推进的人,却是为数不多的。如果说高年级的学生,在没有老师和家长的帮助下,还可以自主地进行课外阅读的话,那么小学低年级的孩子,尤其是城郊小学低年级的孩子,他们识字量不足,理解力偏弱,占有的图书资源极少,要靠自己进行课外阅读几乎是不可能的。本论文以笔者所在的城郊小学为例,进行了亲师共同推进低年级学生课外阅读的行动研究。本论文对城郊小学低年级的学生课外阅读现状进行了认真的调查和详细分析;对城郊家长对低年级孩子课外阅读的指导现状也做了调查和分析,对城郊家长与教师的沟通问题进行了相关阐述。从理论基础、城郊小学低年级学生课外阅读现状、实施的过程以及亲师共同推进的策略进行总结与反思,探讨了打通亲师合作通道的方法,总结切实可行的成功经验。本论文努力去除家庭层面的课外阅读的功利化,探索出亲师配合指导孩子进行课外阅读的有效方法,总结了城郊小学亲师合作的有效策略,共同培养城郊小学低年级学生的阅读兴趣、帮助孩子养成良好的阅读习惯的有效方法,实现城郊小学低年级学生课外阅读1+12的效果。
[Abstract]:Reading plays an extremely important role in the development of human life.Reading ability is directly related to the future of the individual, the fate of the country.The importance of extracurricular reading has been widely recognized in the field of education.But in the practice of practical education and teaching, the number of people who promote reading after-class is very few.If it is said that senior students, without the help of teachers and parents, can still read independently after class, then children in the lower grades of primary schools, especially those in suburban primary schools, have insufficient literacy and poor understanding.Few books are available, so it is almost impossible to read on your own.Taking the suburban primary school as an example, this paper studies the action of promoting extracurricular reading among junior students.This paper makes a serious investigation and detailed analysis on the present situation of extracurricular reading of the junior grade students in the suburbs, and also makes an investigation and analysis on the guidance of the parents of the suburbs to the children of the lower grade.This paper expounds the communication between parents and teachers in suburbs.Based on the theoretical basis, the present situation of extracurricular reading, the process of implementation and the strategies of promoting the relationship between parents and teachers, this paper discusses the methods of opening up the channels of cooperation between parents and teachers, and summarizes the practical and successful experiences.This paper tries to remove the utilitarianism of extracurricular reading at the family level, explores the effective methods of parent-teacher cooperation to guide children in extra-curricular reading, and summarizes the effective strategies of parent-teacher cooperation in suburban primary schools.It is an effective method to cultivate the students' reading interest in the lower grade of suburban primary school, to help the children develop good reading habits, and to realize the effect of reading after class of low grade students in suburban primary schools.
