青岛市市北区小学《体育与健康课程标准》实施的现状与对策研究

【摘要】:随着基础教育改革的不断推陈出新,体育教学课程改革也已走过了十多个年头。青岛市做为全国最早的基础教育改革国家试验区,早在2001年青岛市市北区(以下简称“市北区”)所有小学均参加了课改实验。通过对市北区小学体育课程改革的现状进行调查研究,了解市北区小学《体育与健康课程标准》(以下简称《新课标》)的实施现状,探寻体育与健康课程实施中存在的问题和不足,对市北区小学体育与健康课程的实施和发展具有重要的意义。本文采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法对市北区小学体育与健康课程的实施情况进行了调查,对市北区小学体育与健康课程实施中存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了相应对策。1.青岛市市北区多数学校领导认同新课程改革,熟悉体育教学工作;大部分教师能够熟练掌握新课程标准,适应《新课标》的实施。获取《新课标》知识的主要渠道是通过暑期远程培训和公开课交流讨论。2.青岛市市北区小学体育教师以年轻教师为主;一级和二级教师的分布较为均衡,11年以上教龄的老师居多;教师学历以本科、专科为主。3.青岛市市北区大部分体育教师能依据《新课标》的要求开展体育教学,主要以《新课标》作为体育教材,课堂上运用多种体育教学方法解决遇到的实际问题;多数学生对体育课程教学组织形式较为满意。学校主要从体育教师的职业操守和教学常规以及出勤、工作量三方面进行教学评价。4.青岛市市北区小学体育教师对《新课标》的理解还不够深刻。部分家长对体育教育工作不理解。学生对体育课缺少足够的重视。政府教育部门没有编制详实的体育教材,课程评价方式仍显简单,培训工作缺少针对性、实效性。学校常占用体育课开展非体育类集体活动,部分学校体育教师的工资待遇较低。5.教育部门应及时制定一套详尽、实用的体育教材,完善体育教师的准入和退出机制,增强培训工作的针对性、实效性。应增加体育场地设施;统一对《新课标》的认识,提高体育教师的工资、待遇,完善体育课程评价方案。增强体育教师自身体育教学素养。
[Abstract]:With the reform of basic education, the reform of physical education curriculum has gone through more than ten years.Qingdao is the earliest national experimental area of basic education reform in China. As early as 2001, all primary schools in the northern part of Qingdao (hereinafter referred to as "north district") participated in the experiment of curriculum reform.Based on the investigation and research on the present situation of physical education curriculum reform in primary schools in Shibei District, the present situation of the implementation of physical Education and Health Curriculum Standard (hereinafter referred to as "New Curriculum Standard") in primary schools in Shibei District is understood.It is of great significance for the implementation and development of physical education and health curriculum to explore the problems and deficiencies in the implementation of physical education and health curriculum.This paper investigates the implementation of physical education and health curriculum in primary schools in the north district of Shibei district by means of literature, expert interview, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and logic analysis.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the implementation of physical education and health curriculum in primary schools in Shibei District, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.Most of the school leaders in the northern district of Qingdao agree with the new curriculum reform and are familiar with the teaching work of physical education, and most teachers can master the new curriculum standard skillfully and adapt to the implementation of the new curriculum standard.The main way to gain knowledge of the new curriculum is through summer distance training and open class exchange discussion. 2.The primary school physical education teachers of Qingdao are mainly young teachers, the distribution of the first and second class teachers is more balanced, the teachers with more than 11 years of teaching age are the majority; the teachers' qualifications are undergraduate, the specialty is mainly. 3.The majority of physical education teachers in the northern district of Qingdao can carry out physical education according to the requirements of "New Curriculum Standard", mainly taking "New Curriculum Standard" as the physical education teaching material, and using various physical education teaching methods to solve the practical problems encountered in the classroom.Most of the students are satisfied with the form of physical education teaching organization.The school mainly carries on the teaching appraisal from the PE teacher's professional conduct and the teaching routine as well as the attendance, the workload three aspects.The understanding of the New Curriculum Standard is not deep enough for the PE teachers of the primary schools in Shibei District of Qingdao City.Some parents do not understand the work of physical education.Students do not pay enough attention to physical education.The government education department has not compiled the detailed physical education teaching material, the curriculum evaluation method is still obvious simple, the training work lacks pertinence, the actual effect.Schools often occupy physical education classes to carry out non-sports collective activities, some school physical education teachers pay less. 5.The department of education should make a set of detailed and practical teaching materials in time, perfect the admission and withdrawal mechanism of physical education teachers, and strengthen the pertinence and effectiveness of the training work.It is necessary to increase the facilities of sports venues, unify the understanding of New Curriculum Standard, raise the salary and treatment of PE teachers, and perfect the evaluation scheme of PE courses.Strengthen PE teachers' own PE teaching accomplishment.
