中印小学英语课程标准比较研究

【摘要】：作为世界上发展最为迅速的两个发展中国家,中印两国在很多方面都存在着巨大的相似点。当今社会,英语作为一门国际通用语言受到了各国的重视,中印两国也越来越重视英语的发展,对英语教育进行了相应的改革,特别是基础教育阶段的小学英语教育。比较和研究两国基础教育阶段小学英语课程标准,对完善和改进本国小学阶段的英语教育,有着巨大的意义。本文采取文献研究法、比较研究法,对中印两国小学英语课程标准进行比较研究。研究表明,两国课标制定的背景基本相似；内容都比较全面；目标体系也比较完整。但两国小学阶段英语课程标准也存在相异之处,主要表现在以下几个方面：结构框架设置不同；内容安排和侧重点不同；评价的内容也不同。此外,印度的英语课程标准更注重学生口语表达能力的培养,但是在课程评价方面没有中国的细致。两国小学英语课程标准在很多方面都存有异同点,通过对比研究,对改进我国课标有如下启示：标准的制定要注重培养学生的口语表达能力；政策上要对英语课程的发展给予支持；广泛利用信息技术,注重对英语课程资源的开发。
[Abstract]:As the two fastest-growing developing countries in the world, China and India have great similarities in many aspects.Nowadays, as an international common language, English has been paid more and more attention to by China and India, and English education has been reformed in China and India, especially in elementary school.It is of great significance to compare and study the English curriculum standards of elementary schools in the two countries in order to perfect and improve the English education in primary schools in our country.This paper makes a comparative study on the English curriculum standards of primary schools in China and India by means of literature research and comparative research.The research shows that the background of curriculum standard is similar, the content is relatively comprehensive, and the target system is relatively complete.However, there are some differences between the two countries in the English curriculum standards in primary school, mainly in the following aspects: different structure framework, different content arrangement and emphasis, and different evaluation content.In addition, the standard of English curriculum in India pays more attention to the cultivation of students' oral expression ability, but it is not as detailed as that of China in curriculum evaluation.There are similarities and differences in many aspects between the two primary school English curriculum standards. Through the comparative study, there are some enlightenments to the improvement of Chinese curriculum: the formulation of the standards should pay attention to the cultivation of students' oral expression ability;Policy should support the development of English curriculum, make extensive use of information technology and pay attention to the development of English curriculum resources.
