秦皇岛市小学教师科研存在的问题及对策研究

【摘要】:现代教育面临的社会环境已经发生改变,在知识经济时代、信息社会当中,知识以人们无法想象的速度在增加和更新,目前教育的发展趋势要求小学教师的教学活动不能再像传统模式,而是应当紧密结合科研工作,所以,小学教师科研已经成为教育领域的重要课题和教育改革的重要内容。本文遵循理论与实践相结合的原则,对秦皇岛市小学教师科研存在的问题及对策进行了深入的调查研究和思考。通过调查研究现状与问卷调查的相关数据,对现阶段秦皇岛市小学教师科研工作现状进行考察,使用数据总结分析得出秦皇岛市小学教师科研工作中存在的主要问题:教育管理机构缺乏科研投入,奖励机制不健全;学校过于注重教学,导致教师科研时间不足;教师自身缺乏科研信心,科研理论知识不够系统;科研内容虚浮空泛,与实际联系不紧密;科研成果推广较少,缺乏后续发展。针对存在的问题,文章重点分析了秦皇岛市小学教师科研问题产生的因素:教育管理机构缺乏有效管理、学校科研重视程度不够、教师自身经验不足、社会环境功利浮躁、高素质科研带头人较少进行了探讨。结合秦皇岛市小学教师科研的实际情况,对教育主管部门、学校、教师个人、科研内容、科研引路人提出相应的对策:科研主管部门完善科研制度,为科研工作保驾护航;学校立足教学工作,创建良好科研环境;教师加强理论学习,积极提升科研能力;科研内容植根工作实际,树立自我研究意识;强化科研领路人带头作用,有效指导教师科研,以推进秦皇岛市小学教师科研工作发展。
[Abstract]:The social environment facing modern education has changed. In the era of knowledge economy and information society, knowledge is increasing and renewing at an unimaginable speed. The current development trend of education requires that the teaching activities of primary school teachers should not be like the traditional mode, but should be closely combined with scientific research. Therefore, the scientific research of primary school teachers has become an important subject in the field of education and an important content of educational reform. Following the principle of combining theory with practice, this paper makes a deep investigation and consideration on the existing problems and countermeasures of primary school teachers' scientific research in Qinhuangdao. By investigating the current situation of the primary school teachers' scientific research in Qinhuangdao City and the relevant data of the questionnaire, The main problems in the scientific research work of primary school teachers in Qinhuangdao City are as follows: lack of scientific research input from educational management institutions, imperfect reward mechanism, too much emphasis on teaching in schools, resulting in insufficient time for teachers' scientific research; Teachers lack scientific research confidence, scientific research theory knowledge is not systematic; scientific research content is vain and not closely related to reality; scientific research results are less popularized and lack of follow-up development. In view of the existing problems, the paper analyzes the factors that lead to the scientific research problems of primary school teachers in Qinhuangdao City: the lack of effective management in educational management institutions, the insufficient attention to scientific research in schools, the lack of teachers' own experience, and the impetuous utilitarian social environment. The high-quality scientific research leader is few to carry on the discussion. Combined with the actual situation of scientific research of primary school teachers in Qinhuangdao City, the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to the competent departments of education, schools, individual teachers, scientific research contents and scientific research guides: the competent department of scientific research should perfect the scientific research system and protect the scientific research work; School based on teaching work, create a good scientific research environment; teachers to strengthen theoretical learning, actively enhance scientific research ability; scientific research content rooted in the actual work, establish a self-research awareness; strengthen the leading role of scientific research, effectively guide teachers in scientific research, In order to promote the Qinhuangdao primary school teacher scientific research work development.
