小学不同水平阶段健美操教学内容与教学方法研究

【摘要】:小学是培养学生积极参加体育锻炼的启蒙基地,也是强身健体意识萌发的摇篮。教师在进行健美操教学时,要提高学生的参与兴趣和学习乐趣,学生通过对健美操的学习,掌握一门终身锻炼的体育项目。要使学生主动参与到运动中去,在运动中体会到快乐,这需要学生对该运动项目产生兴趣。体育教师因地制宜、因材施教,确保每个学生都能达到运动锻炼的目的,培养小学生的终身锻炼的体育思想,让小学体育课程变得更规范。健美操有着特有的健身健心功能,逐渐成为了小学体育课程的主要运动项目之一。体育教师要科学地选择教学内容,合理运用教学手段使学生在健美操的学习过程中达到身心健康、提高参加体育锻炼的兴趣、养成良好的体育锻炼习惯,最终形成终身体育思想。本论文通过对小学不同水平阶段健美操教学内容与教学方法进行研究,目的是筛选出符合小学各水平阶段学生最适合的教学内容与教学方法。本文的研究对象为小学不同水平阶段健美操教学内容与教法,本研究目的是筛选出符合小学各水平阶段学生最适合的教学内容与教学方法。以成都市主城区8所小学(龙江路小学、荷花池小学、西一路小学、人北小学、四川大学附属实验小学分校、龙翔路小学、晋阳小学、盐道街小学)的体育教师以及成都市部分大学健美操教师为调查对象,通过调查分析筛选出了不同的水平阶段相适应的教学内容和教学方法:①有针对性地发展不同水平阶段学生的身体素质②针对小学不同水平阶段,教授相适宜的基本步伐③针对小学不同水平阶段,教授相适宜的步伐组合④针对小学不同水平阶段,教授相适宜的健美操成套动作⑤针对小学不同水平阶段,教授发展其相适宜的身体素质动作⑥针对小学不同水平阶段,教师采用相适宜的教学方法进行健美操教学本文针对小学不同水平阶段健美操教学内容与教学方法提出以下建议:①认真分析小学不同水平阶段身体素质发展,发展各水平阶段学生的身体素质要考虑学生身心特点②小学不同水平阶段步伐组合的学习要循序渐进③小学不同水平阶段健美操成套动作的学习要有差异性④小学身体素质动作的学习应结合学生身体素质发展,相辅相成,灵活教学⑤针对小学不同水平阶段的健美操教学,采取不同教学方法因材施教
[Abstract]:Primary school is the enlightenment base to train students to take part in physical exercise actively, and it is also the cradle of health consciousness germination. In the teaching of aerobics, teachers should improve the students' interest in participation and study fun. Through the study of aerobics, students can master a course of lifelong exercise. In order to make students actively participate in sports and enjoy the joy in sports, students need to be interested in the sports. According to the local conditions and aptitude, physical education teachers can ensure that every student can achieve the goal of exercise, cultivate the students' physical education thought of lifelong exercise, and make the physical education curriculum of primary school become more standardized. Aerobics, with its unique fitness and heart function, has gradually become one of the main sports items in primary school physical education curriculum. Physical education teachers should choose teaching contents scientifically, make use of teaching means reasonably to make students achieve physical and mental health in the study process of aerobics, improve their interest in taking part in physical exercise, and form good physical exercise habits. Finally, the formation of lifelong sports thought. By studying the teaching contents and teaching methods of aerobics at different levels in primary schools, the purpose of this paper is to screen out the most suitable teaching contents and teaching methods for students at different levels of primary schools. The research object of this paper is the teaching content and teaching method of aerobics at different stages of primary school. Eight primary schools (Longjiang Road Primary School, Hehuachi Primary School, Xiyi Primary School, Renbei Primary School, Experimental Primary School affiliated to Sichuan University, Longxiang Road Primary School, Jinyang Primary School, Physical Education Teachers in Yandaojie Primary School and aerobics teachers in some universities in Chengdu were investigated. Through the investigation and analysis, the author has selected out the teaching contents and teaching methods adapted to different level stages and developed the students' physical quality at different levels. 2 aiming at different levels of primary school students.
