地方院校小学教育专业教育见习存在的问题及建议

【摘要】：教育见习是师范生培养的重要一环,对于偏重应用型人才培养的地方院校更为重要,以地方院校安康学院小学教育专业为例提出其教育见习存在的问题,并针对问题提出相关解决策略,期望能为同类型院校师范专业的教育见习提供指导和帮助。
[Abstract]:Education probation is an important part of normal college students' training, especially for the local colleges which emphasize the cultivation of applied talents. Taking the primary education major of the local colleges and universities as an example, the problems existing in their educational probation are put forward. This paper also puts forward the relevant solutions to the problems, and expects to provide guidance and help for the educational probation of teachers' colleges and universities of the same type.
