小学现场带教制度建设的调查与思考

【摘要】:现场带教,即俗称的师徒结对是我国中小学普遍采用的一种教师培养方式,对于促进教师快速适应与持续成长意义显著。通过问卷调查和访谈相结合的方法对北京市小学现场带教的实施现状的研究发现,带教导师的选拔与培训、带教导师与新教师互动关系的形成、监督与评价等方面尚存在一些问题。为充分发挥现场带教的重要作用,基于师徒双方专业发展的带教制度建设应亟待得到教育行政管理部门、学区及学校的高度重视。
[Abstract]:On-site teaching, commonly known as teacher-apprentice pairing, is a kind of teacher training method widely used in primary and secondary schools in our country. It is of great significance to promote teachers' rapid adaptation and sustainable growth. Through the method of questionnaire investigation and interview, the author finds out that the selection and training of teachers, the formation of interactive relationship between teachers and new teachers, the implementation of on-site teaching in primary schools in Beijing, the implementation of the status quo of teaching, the selection and training of teachers, the formation of interaction between teachers and new teachers. There are still some problems in supervision and evaluation. In order to give full play to the important role of teaching on the spot, the construction of teaching system based on the professional development of both teachers and apprentices should be attached great importance to by educational administration departments, school districts and schools.
