论小学生道德发展中潜在课程的影响及其优化

【摘要】：从孩子们踏入校园那一刻起,他们开始扮演了人生第一个社会性角色——小学生,学校成为小学生道德发展的重要影响场域。研究表明,小学阶段是一个人品行塑造的关键时期,在关键时期内采取有效方式促进小学生道德发展将对小学生的一生起到关键作用。然而实际上,道德教育却存在种种不尽人意之处。本文从潜在课程入手,旨在为小学德育工作开辟一条有效途径,即通过优化潜在课程促进小学生道德良好发展。潜在课程与道德发展有着十分密切的关系,它能够有效弥补现行道德教育中存在的不足之处,但它却没有得到应有的重视和利用。由于其广泛性、自发性等一些特点决定了潜在课程是一把“双刃剑”,若不对其进行有效的优化,它既可能对小学生道德发展产生积极影响,也可能对小学生道德发展产生消极影响。本文以此为出发点,通过文献研究法、观察法、访谈法、案例分析等方法对小学教育现场中存在的相关问题进行分析,在此基础上提出优化的方法建议,借以期望潜在课程能够更好地发挥其德育优势。论文由四章内容组成,主要内容如下:第一章是引言,主要阐明本研究的选题缘由、研究意义、文献综述、研究方法、技术路线与创新点等。第二章是小学生道德发展与潜在课程的相关理论概述。首先对相关概念进行明确,然后分别阐述小学生道德发展和潜在课程的相关理论,作为本研究的理论支撑。第三章是通过现场观察、访谈、文献整理等方式搜集小学校园中潜在课程的现状,在对各现状进行细致分析之后,总结出其对小学生道德发展如何产生影响和产生何种影响,并对其产生原因进行分析。第四章在第三章存在问题和原因分析的基础上,将给出优化小学校园潜在课程的方法建议。
[Abstract]:From the moment the children stepped into the campus, they began to play the first social role in life - the primary school students, the school became the important field of moral development of primary school students. The study shows that primary school stage is the key period for the shaping of a person's conduct, and an effective way to promote the moral development of primary school students in the critical period will be to primary school. The life of life plays a key role. However, in fact, there are all sorts of unsatisfactory moral education. This paper, starting with the potential curriculum, aims to open up an effective way for primary school moral education, that is, to promote the good moral development of primary school students by optimizing the potential curriculum. It can effectively make up for the shortcomings of the current moral education, but it has not received the due attention and use. Because of its extensive and spontaneous characteristics, the potential curriculum is a "double-edged sword". If it does not optimize it effectively, it may have a positive impact on the moral development of primary school students, and it may also be a primary school for primary school students. As a starting point, this article is based on the analysis of the related problems in the primary school education scene through the methods of literature research, observation, interview, case analysis and so on. On this basis, the optimization methods are put forward to expect the potential courses to give full play to their moral advantages. The thesis is made up of four chapters. The main contents are as follows: the first chapter is the introduction, which mainly clarifies the origin of the topic, the significance of the research, the literature review, the research method, the technical route and the innovation point. The second chapter is the theoretical overview of the moral development of primary school students and the potential courses. First, the relevant concepts are clarified, and then the moral development of primary school students is expounded. And the related theory of potential courses, as the theoretical support of this study. The third chapter is through the field observation, interview, document sorting and other ways to collect the status of the potential curriculum in primary school, after a detailed analysis of the current situation, summarize its impact on the moral development of primary school students and what influence it produces, and to produce the original. The fourth chapter, based on the analysis of the problems and causes in the third chapter, will give suggestions on how to optimize potential courses in primary schools.
