【摘要】：人与人之间是存在个性差异的,如同世上没有完全相同的两片树叶一样。小学生由于先天的素质和后天所处的环境的不同,每个学生在智力、能力、个性等方面所受的遗传、环境与教育影响也不同,有着不同于他人的观察、思考和解决问题的方式,其生理、心理上都存在很大的差异,加上个人所具有的能力、兴趣等不平衡,使他们的这种特点在学习数学过程中以差异化的形式体现出来,而且日益明显,可以说小学生的差异性是客观存在,随处可见。但从相关的文献资料和学生的作业考试的数据表明,不同差异的学生解决数学问题的能力是不同的。沉溺在“一刀切”教育的师生常常会感到投入多,收获少,学生的学习和教师的教学缺乏有效性。本课题中将找出由于学情差异造成学生学习小学数学的障碍并给出教学对策,本课题的研究具有重要的现实意义。本课题先假设大多数学生都有学习方式的偏好;孩子天生就是渴望学习的,但高度的控制、高度整齐划一的要求,单一的手段却遏制了孩子们学习的渴望,抹杀了学习灵感的迸发;有获取最佳的学习效果的途径。然后借助对“学生学习风格测试”了解学生学情差异,为分析不同学习风格的学生在课堂上的行为关联做准备;基于“学生PCDP数据与课堂浸润度相关分析”及研究测试数据,借助数据,研究学情差异;通过着力课堂教学实战,探索适应学习风格差异的教学新策略;通过开展新的课堂观察及数据采集、分析,对比并了解学生学习风格差异及发展变化规律;通过案例分析,反思积累新的教学策略,给出教学建议,探索出解决不同学习特点学生在小学数学课堂学习中的有效对策。
[Abstract]:There are personality differences between people, as there are no identical leaves in the world. Due to the difference between the innate quality and the acquired environment, each student has different genetic, environmental and educational influences on intelligence, ability, personality, and so on, and has different ways of observing, thinking and solving problems from others. Their physical and psychological differences, coupled with the imbalance in their abilities, interests, etc., make their characteristics manifest in the form of differentiation in the process of learning mathematics, and become increasingly evident. It can be said that the difference of primary school students is objective, can be seen everywhere. However, according to the relevant literature and the data of the students' homework examination, the students with different differences have different abilities to solve mathematical problems. Teachers and students who indulge in "one-size-fits-all" education often feel that they have more input, less gain, and less effectiveness in learning and teaching. This subject will find out the obstacle of students' learning mathematics in primary school because of the difference of learning situation, and give the teaching countermeasure. The research of this subject has important practical significance. This topic assumes that most students have a preference for the way they study; children are naturally eager to learn, but with a high degree of control and a high degree of uniformity, a single means stifles the children's desire to learn. Obliterated the burst of learning inspiration; there are ways to get the best learning results. Then, the students' learning style test is used to understand the differences of students' learning situation, to prepare for the analysis of students' behavioral correlation in class, based on the "correlation analysis of student PCDP data and classroom infiltration" and the test data. With the help of data, to study the differences of learning situation; to explore new teaching strategies adapted to learning style differences through classroom teaching practice; to carry out new classroom observation and data collection, analysis, This paper compares and understands the differences of students' learning styles and the law of their development and changes, through case analysis, reflects on the accumulation of new teaching strategies, puts forward teaching suggestions, and explores effective countermeasures to solve the problems of students with different learning characteristics in primary school mathematics classroom learning.
