农村乡镇小学全科教师生态化培养研究

【摘要】：基于我国农村乡镇基础教育的实际,对小学教师实施继续教育已成为共识,国家实施"国培师资计划"是一项重要举措,培养小学全科教师的问题是一个不可忽视的问题。现针对实施"国培计划"中的相关问题,用生态学的系统理论对相关问题进行分析思考,以为培养人才及高校转型发展提供参考。
[Abstract]:Based on the reality of basic education in rural villages and towns, it has become a common understanding to carry out continuing education for primary school teachers. It is an important measure for the state to carry out the "National teacher training Plan", and the problem of training general subject teachers in primary schools is a problem that can not be ignored. In view of the related problems in the implementation of the "National Education Plan", this paper analyzes and ponders the relevant problems with the ecological system theory, in order to provide a reference for the cultivation of talents and the transformation and development of colleges and universities.
