石家庄市区小学体育竞赛开展现状的调查研究

【摘要】:素质教育要求培养学生的德智体美劳全面发展,体即为体育。学校体育是教育工作的重要组成部分,对加强学生的健康意识,增强学生的身体体质,培养学生的终身体育思想,提高全社会的总体健康水平都具有重要作用。体育竞赛是学校体育课程的一种延伸,也是评价学校体育工作的量化指标。小学体育竞赛是小学体育教育中的重要组成部分,良好的竞赛体系不仅要符合小学生生理、心理的特点,更应具有简单便易、普及性强的特点。然而,许多学校的体育竞赛多局限于一年一次的以田径等竞技项目为主的全校性运动会。这种体育竞赛难以达到全体同学共同参与、共同竞争,共同提高的目的,这不能与现代体育教育要求相适应,从而达不到预期的效果,因此有必要通过一系列的改革。石家庄是一个发展中城市,有着较高的经济水平和较完善的教育系统。本文通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法和数理统计法对石家庄市区小学的体育竞赛的开展现状进行调查研究,分析影响石家庄市区小学体育竞赛开展的因素,总结和研究石家庄市区小学体育竞赛现状,找出当前石家庄市区小学体育竞赛中存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出相应的对策和建议,为石家庄市区小学体育竞赛的健康、持续发展做出了重要指导,为今后学校体育竞赛体制改革提供理论依据。通过对石家庄市区小学体育竞赛开展现状的调查得出以下结论:1影响石家庄市区小学体育竞赛的开展因素有学校领导的重视程度、学校体育竞赛时间、场地、项目、学生对体育竞赛的认识等因素。2多数石家庄市区小学生认可学校开展体育竞赛的重要性,但是参与度不高。3石家庄市区小学开展体育竞赛基本达到要求,学校拥有的场地及器材都能够正常开展体育竞赛活动,多数小学每年开展1次学校运动会,1-2次单项竞赛。4石家庄市区小学体育竞赛开展的主要形式有学校运动会、单项竞赛、区中小学运动会、市中小学运动会、课外体育活动等,其中开展较为普遍的是前三种形式。IV5学校运动会是以田径项目为主,单项竞赛开展的多数为篮球或跳绳比赛。体育竞赛项目较单一,竞技性较强,达不到面向全体学生的目的。6体育竞赛与学校体育课是相辅相成、相互促进的关系。体育竞赛与校园文化是部分与整体的关系,二者相互促进、彼此影响。本人提出以下建议:1石家庄市各区教育局对体育基础条件差的学校,应加大投资力度,改善场地设施;学校领导应更新教育观念,改革竞赛制度;体育教师应提高教学质量,创新竞赛活动。2学校体育竞赛要注重群众性、科学性和公平性;学校应保证学生参与体育锻炼的时间。3学校体育竞赛和课外体育活动相结合,培养学生长期体育锻炼的思想意识。4学校体育竞赛应采用灵活、多样、新颖的形式开展,应与《全民健身计划》相结合,推动全社会对体育运动的重视。5学校体育竞赛项目应降低竞技性,增强安全性、趣味性、普及性,要面向全体学生,体现出公平性。6学校应发挥体育竞赛的激励作用,达到以体育竞赛促进体育教学、传播校园文化的目的。
[Abstract]:The quality education requires the development of the students' overall development of the moral and intellectual body and the body. The physical education is an important part of the education work. It plays an important role in strengthening the students' awareness of health, strengthening the physical fitness of the students, cultivating the students' Lifelong Physical Education Thought and improving the overall health level of the whole society. An extension of the physical education curriculum is also a quantitative indicator of the school physical education. The primary school sports competition is an important part of the primary school physical education. A good competition system should not only conform to the physiological and psychological characteristics of the primary school students, but also have the characteristics of simplicity and popularity. However, many sports competitions are limited to many schools. It is difficult to meet the common participation, competition and common improvement of all the students, which can not be adapted to the requirements of modern sports education, which can not reach the desired results. Therefore, it is necessary to pass a series of reforms. Shijiazhuang is a development. In the middle city, there is a high economic level and a more perfect education system. Through the literature, questionnaire, interview and mathematical statistics, this paper investigates the current situation of sports competition in primary schools in Shijiazhuang City, analyzes the factors affecting the development of primary school competition in Shijiazhuang urban primary schools, and summarizes and studies Shijiazhuang city. The present situation of primary school sports competition in District primary school finds out the existing problems in the primary school sports competition in Shijiazhuang urban area, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for these problems, and makes important guidance for the health and sustainable development of primary school sports competitions in Shijiazhuang City, and provides the theoretical basis for the reform of the school sports competition system in the future. The investigation of the present situation of primary school sports competition in Zhuang urban area draws the following conclusions: 1 factors affecting the sports competition in Shijiazhuang primary school are the degree of school leadership, school sports competition time, field, project, students' understanding of sports competitions, and so on,.2 most of Shijiazhuang urban primary school students approve the sports competition in school. It should be combined with the national fitness program and promote the attention of the whole society to sports..5 school sports competitions should reduce the competitive nature, enhance safety, interest and popularity. It should be oriented to all the students, and the fairness of.6 schools should give full play to the incentive of sports competitions. To achieve the purpose of promoting sports teaching and spreading campus culture through sports competitions.
