蒲江县北街小学家校合作实践研究

【摘要】:“家校合作”中表现出来的种种问题,是社会转型过程中教育必然出现的问题。这些问题解决与否,直接关系到教育的未来,关系到社会的稳定发展,关系到民族国家的兴衰。与西方发达国家相比,我国家校合作发展严重滞后。“家校合作”没有深入开展,还和家庭教育没有能发挥基础教育地位,深度契合于学校教育有关。本文用问卷调查和访谈调查的方法,针对蒲江县北街小学开展“家校合作”的情况进行研究,以找出影响蒲江县北街小学“家校合作”的因素,提出解决问题的策略,为蒲江县进一步促进当前县域“家校合作”活动深入开展,也为同等县域经济发展下的学校提供参考和借鉴。通过调查发现蒲江县北街小学“家校合作”中存在这问题如下:学校和教师对家校合作认识水平亟需提高,家长合作意识、参与合作能力有待培育加强,教育主管部门缺少对其理论和实践指导,保障机制不够健全完善、家校合作活动丰富而不精彩,内容过于狭窄、有待深入开掘,应试教育影响、家校合作内容与方向、学生在家校合作中主体地位缺失。研究认为针对存在的问题提出以下策略:建设良好和谐的家校合作环境,教育主管部门加强家校合作理论和实践指导及培训,拓宽家校合作范围,深化家校合作内容。本文分五章来论述蒲江县北街小学家校合作。
[Abstract]:All kinds of problems in the cooperation between home and school are inevitable problems in the process of social transformation. These problems are directly related to the future of education, the stable development of society and the rise and fall of nation-state. Compared with the western developed countries, our country school cooperation development lags behind seriously. The cooperation between home and school has not been carried out in depth, and it is also related to the fact that family education does not play a role in basic education and is closely related to school education. This paper, by means of questionnaire and interview, studies the situation of "home-school cooperation" in Beijie Primary School in Pujiang County, in order to find out the factors that affect the "home-school cooperation" in Beijie Primary School of Pujiang County, and put forward some strategies to solve the problem. It also provides reference and reference for the schools under the same county economic development to further promote the activities of "home-school cooperation" in Pujiang county. Through the investigation, it is found that this problem exists in "home-school cooperation" in Beijie Primary School in Pujiang County: the understanding level of home-school cooperation between school and teachers needs to be improved, and the parents' cooperative consciousness and ability to participate in cooperation need to be cultivated and strengthened. The department in charge of education lacks guidance on its theory and practice, the security mechanism is not perfect enough, the cooperation between home and school is rich but not exciting, the content is too narrow, it needs to be further explored, the impact of examination-oriented education, the content and direction of cooperation between home and school, The students lack the main position in the cooperation at home and school. The research suggests that the following strategies should be put forward in view of the existing problems: to build a good and harmonious cooperation environment between home and school, to strengthen the guidance and training of the theory and practice of home-school cooperation, to broaden the scope of cooperation between home and school, and to deepen the contents of cooperation between home and school. This article is divided into five chapters to discuss Pujiang County North Street Primary School Cooperation.
