山东省聊城市农村小学体育教师职业倦怠现状及对策研究

【摘要】：小学作为学校体育的重要阶段其体育教学的开展质量对学生的影响意义重大,小学体育教师作为小学体育教学的主导者应受到社会的重视。而如今农村小学体育教师职业倦怠现象较为普遍,解决职业倦怠问题是促进农村小学体育教学的规范化的必然要求。本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法等研究方法,对山东省聊城市农村小学体育教师职业倦怠问题展开调查,了解了聊城市农村小学体育教师职业倦怠的现状,在性别、年龄、教龄、学历、职称方面比较分析了职业倦怠在情绪衰竭、去个性化、低成就感三个维度的差异,探讨了造成农村小学体育教师职业倦怠的原因,并研究了缓解的对策。结果显示:山东省聊城市农村小学体育教师职业倦怠程度较高,在情绪衰竭、低成就感方面表现较为严重。说明该地区小学体育教师情绪处于疲劳状态,工作热情低,对自己评价较低,难以获得成就感,对待学生冷漠。其中,男性教师职业倦怠程度高于女性教师;学历越高职业倦怠程度越高;年龄在40—50岁之间的教师职业倦怠程度要高;教龄在15—25年之间的教师职业倦怠程度较严重;拥有中级职称的教师职业倦怠程度要高于其他职称的教师。导致职业倦怠的原因是多方面的,包括:个人方面、学校组织方面、工作方面、社会方面。缓解山东省聊城市农村小学体育教师职业倦的对策:加强社会支持、优化学校组织、提高自身适应能力。
[Abstract]:As the important stage of school physical education, primary school sports teaching quality is of great significance to students. Primary PE teachers in primary school should be paid attention to by the society. However, the job burnout of primary school physical education teachers in rural primary schools is more common. The problem of solving job burnout is to promote the sports teaching in rural primary schools. This article uses literature, questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics and other research methods to investigate the job burnout of rural primary school physical education teachers in Liaocheng, Shandong Province, and understand the status of professional tiredness of physical education teachers in rural primary schools in Liaocheng, in terms of sex, age, teaching age, educational background and professional titles. The difference between the three dimensions of job burnout in emotional exhaustion, individualization and low achievement is compared and analyzed. The reasons for the job burnout of primary school physical education teachers in rural areas are discussed and the countermeasures are studied. The results show that the degree of professional tiredness of the PE teachers in rural primary schools in Liaocheng, Shandong province is high, and is manifested in the emotional exhaustion and the low sense of achievement. It shows that the primary school physical education teachers in this area are in a state of fatigue, low work enthusiasm, low evaluation of themselves, difficult to achieve a sense of achievement and treat students' apathy. Among them, the degree of job burnout of male teachers is higher than that of female teachers; the higher the degree of job burnout is higher, the degree of job burnout between the age of 40 to 50 years old is the degree of job burnout. The degree of teachers' job burnout between 15 and 25 years is more serious; the degree of job burnout of teachers with intermediate titles is higher than those of other professional titles. The cause of job burnout is many aspects, including personal aspects, school organization, work and social aspects. To alleviate the physical education teachers in rural primary schools in Liaocheng, Shandong Countermeasures for job weariness: strengthen social support, optimize school organization and improve their adaptability.
