农村小学低龄寄宿生学校适应性及影响因素研究——基于陕西省两县的实证分析

【摘要】:作为农村地区在义务教育面阶段临诸多困境的弱势群体之一——小学低龄寄宿生,在求学过程中难以顺利适应学校的新生活,学习效果下降、心理孤独等问题凸显,严重阻碍了义务教育公平和均衡发展。从义务教育群体均衡的理论视角,采用Binary Logistic回归模型,对陕西省太白县和宁强县的13所小学低龄寄宿生的学校适应性及其影响因素进行微观分析,研究发现:同学关系、学业成绩、课余时间满意度、学校设施服务满意度、教师关爱程度、教师与家长沟通频率等六个自变量对学校适应性具有显著的正向影响;母亲职业和经历学校合并两个变量对学校适应性具有显著的负影响。从学校建设层面,努力改善寄宿制学校办学条件、提高师资水平、尝试保育寄宿学校模式、引进驻校社工服务机制、改进教学及课余时间安排、强化家校合作等措施,应成为提升低龄寄宿生学校适应性的关键策略。
[Abstract]:As one of the vulnerable groups in the compulsory education, the low age boarding students in primary school are difficult to adapt to the new life of the school in the course of learning, the decline of the learning effect, the psychological loneliness and other problems, which seriously impede the fair and balanced development of compulsory education. From the theoretical perspective of the equilibrium of compulsory education group The Binary Logistic regression model was used to analyze the school adaptability and its influencing factors of 13 primary school boarding students in Taibai and Ningqiang County, Shaanxi province. The study found that students' relationship, academic achievement, satisfaction of spare time, satisfaction of school facilities, teachers' care, teachers' and parents' communication frequency were six. The variable has a significant positive impact on school adaptability, and the two variables of the mother's career and the school merger have a significant negative impact on the school adaptability. From the school building level, we should try to improve the conditions of boarding schools, improve the level of teachers, try to protect the boarding school mode, introduce the service mechanism of the school social workers, and improve the teaching and teaching. The arrangement of spare time and strengthening the cooperation between family and school should become a key strategy to improve the adaptability of young boarding school.
