济南市小学体育课程资源开发与利用分析

【摘要】:随着我国基础教育课程改革的不断深入,三级课程管理体制的推行,赋予了地方与学校更多权利,这有利于地方与学校根据自身情况和特点进行课程资源开发。长期以来,我国教育领域一直把教材与学校设施作为课程资源的主要内容。对课程资源的开发也仅局限于教材修改、更新,使丰富的体育课程资源没有被充分开发和利用,造成课程资源结构单一,影响了人力、物力、环境等资源的整体开发利用。济南市作为山东省会,在新课程改革中具有代表性,对其体育课程资源的开发利用现状的研究有很重要的现实意义。 本文通过文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法及数理统计法等研究方法,对济南市历下区、历城区、市中区、天桥区、槐荫区的小学体育课程资源开发利用现状进行调查研究。分析了济南市小学体育课程资源开发利用中存在的主要问题及相关原因。通过研究得出以下结论: 1、济南市小学体育教师以中青年教师为主,本科学历以上的占90%以上,但体育教师对体育课程资源开发及利用的重要性认识不足,缺乏对课程资源开发利用的专业学习,在一定程度上制约了体育课程资源的可持续性发展。 2、学校开展课间操情况较好,学生能够积极参与课外体育活动。另外,87.86%的学校场地、器材设施能满足体育教学需要,,但课余时间相关体育设施开放力度却不够,造成了设施资源的浪费。 3、体育教师缺乏对教材的深加工和创编,并且教师对学生体育需求的了解不够深入,缺乏对学生资源开发及利用的意识,影响了学生参与课程的积极性。 4、济南市小学在民间体育游戏项目引进情况良好,但教师缺乏对此类项目的创新意识;同时新兴运动项目的开发种类也有待于提高。 5、济南市体育课程资源开发利用的选择范畴较广,为资源开发的多元化创造了良好的前提,但学校对自然地理环境的开发利用还不是很充分。此外,教师对体育信息资源开发现状良好,但利用率有待于提高。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the curriculum reform of basic education in China, the implementation of the three level curriculum management system has given the local and school more rights, which is conducive to the development of the curriculum resources by the local and the schools according to their own conditions and characteristics. For a long time, teaching materials and school facilities have been the main content of the curriculum resources in our educational field. The development of the curriculum resources is only limited to the revision of the textbook and the renewal, so that the rich sports curriculum resources have not been fully developed and utilized. The structure of the curriculum resources is single, which affects the overall development and utilization of resources such as human, material and environmental resources. As the capital of the Shandong Province, Ji'nan is representative in the new curriculum reform and its physical education curriculum funds. The research on the development and utilization of the source is of great practical significance.
Through the methods of literature, interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, this paper investigates the current situation of the development and utilization of primary school physical education resources in the Ji'nan calendar, the almanac, the Middle District, the Tianqiao District and the Huaiyin District, and analyzes the main problems and related problems in the development and utilization of the curriculum resources of the primary school education in Ji'nan. The following conclusions are drawn through the study.
1, the primary school physical education teachers in Ji'nan are mainly middle-aged and young teachers, and more than 90% of the undergraduate education above, but the importance of physical education teachers to the development and utilization of sports curriculum resources is insufficient, and the lack of professional learning for the development and utilization of curriculum resources has restricted the sustainable development of the curriculum resources of physical education.
2, the school exercises between classes better, students can actively participate in extracurricular sports activities. In addition, 87.86% of the school site, equipment and facilities can meet the needs of physical education, but the spare time related to sports facilities is not enough, resulting in the waste of facilities.
3, the physical education teachers lack the deep processing and creation of the teaching materials, and the teachers' understanding of the students' sports needs is not deep enough. The lack of awareness of the development and utilization of the students' resources has influenced the enthusiasm of the students to participate in the curriculum.
4, the introduction of Ji'nan primary schools in the folk sports games is good, but the teachers lack the awareness of the innovation of such projects; at the same time, the types of development of the new sports projects need to be improved.
5, Ji'nan sports curriculum resources development and utilization of the wide selection category, for the diversification of resources to create a good premise, but the development and utilization of the natural geographical environment of the school is not enough. In addition, teachers of sports information resources development is good, but the utilization rate needs to be improved.
