小学高年级家庭作业结构研究

【摘要】:我国小学生家庭作业偏多、偏难等问题由来已久,在十多年的课改中,小学生家庭作业负担过重问题始终没有得到解决,在这种背景下,本文迎难而上,对该问题提出了研究要求。本研究力图理清小学高年级家庭作业的基本结构,尝试构建其合理性标准,并有针对性地提出改进作业结构的合理性建议。本研究从教育管理的角度对“小学高年级家庭作业结构”问题进行了较为系统的研究,并取得了一定成果。第一,本研究依据人的全面发展、多元智能、主体教育论等理论,首次从学科结构、形式结构、主体结构三个维度分析了小学高年级家庭作业的基本结构。第二,本研究通过文献法、调查法和访谈法等研究方法,对大连地区小学高年级家庭作业结构现状进行了表征。并探讨了存在的六大问题:作业学科结构与课程设置结构不符;作业形式单一,实践与艺体作业比例过低;作业完成主体一元化;教育管理部门缺乏对作业结构管理的有效引导;学校对作业结构管理不重视;教师作业设计水平偏低等。本研究分别从考试制度、学科本位、有效管理等多角度分析了导致问题的原因。第三、本研究针对存在问题,尝试构建小学高年级家庭作业结构的合理性标准,即:作业学科结构与课程设置结构相对应;丰富作业形式结构,逐步增加实践与艺体作业的比例;作业完成主体多元化,适度布置同伴合作型作业。第四、本研究根据作业管理主体的不同,有针对性地提出了改进作业结构的合理性建议:教育管理部门应制定系统的作业管理政策、组织全员培训、改革作业检查方式、尊重学校自主权、改革传统考试模式、解决师资等条件保障问题;学校应实行校长负责制,制定学校作业管理制度、建立教师信息沟通与共享平台、提供培训机会、获取家长等各方配合、努力创新与探索科学的作业结构管理模式;各学科教师应重新审视作业功能、加强信息沟通、创新作业形式、尊重学生的主体地位等。
[Abstract]:In the more than 10 years of curriculum reform, the problem of overweight family homework burden has not been solved. Under this background, this paper puts forward research requirements on this problem. This study tries to clarify the basic structure of the high grade homework in primary school and try to build it. The reasonableness standard and the reasonable suggestion of improving the work structure are put forward pertinently. This study makes a systematic research on the problem of "primary grade homework structure" from the angle of education management, and has made some achievements. First, this study is based on the theory of human full face, multiple intelligence and subject education theory. From the three dimensions of the subject structure, the form structure and the main structure, the basic structure of the homework in the primary grade of primary school is analyzed. Second. The present study, through the methods of literature, investigation and interview, has made an indication of the status of the homework structure of the high grade primary school in Dalian, and discussed the existing six major problems: the structure of the work subject. It is not consistent with the structure of the curriculum; the work form is single, the proportion of practice and art work is too low; the main body of the work is unified; the educational administration lacks the effective guidance to the management of the work structure; the school does not attach importance to the operation structure management; the level of the teacher's homework design is low. The cause of the problem is analyzed in many angles. Third, in order to solve the problems, this study tries to establish the rationality standard of the homework structure of the primary grade, that is, the structure of the homework and the structure of the curriculum should be relative; the structure of the homework is rich and the proportion of the practice and the art work is gradually increased; the homework is diversified and moderate. Fourth, according to the different subject of operation management, this paper puts forward the reasonableness suggestion of improving the job structure according to the different subject management subject: the educational administration department should formulate the system operation management policy, organize all staff training, reform the operation inspection mode, respect the autonomy of the school, reform the traditional examination mode and solve the teachers The school should carry out the principal responsibility system, make the school operation management system, establish the information communication and sharing platform of the teacher, provide the training opportunity, obtain the cooperation of the parents and other parties, try to innovate and explore the scientific work structure management mode; the teachers in each discipline should reexamine the function function, strengthen the information communication and innovate. The form of industry, respect for the student's main position, etc.
