基于小学生身心特点的健美操创编与实施研究

【摘要】:近些年,中小学生的身体素质与健康水平堪忧。据统计,中国青少年体质连续26年处于下降状态,学生的健康问题成为社会各界关注的突出问题。2016年6月,国务院印发《全民健身计划(2016-2020年)》,特别强调“将青少年作为实施全民健身计划的重点人群,大力普及青少年体育活动,提高青少年身体素质。加强学校体育教育,将提高青少年的体育素质和养成健康行为方式作为学校教育的重要内容,保证学生在校的体育场地和锻炼时间,把学生体质健康纳入工作考核体系,加强学校体育工作绩效评估和行政问责。”在这个背景下,本文运用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、实地调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法深度剖析基于小学生身心特点的创编与实施方案,得出以下结论:(1)健美操创编是以安全为前提,以小学低年级学生身心特点为基础,严格遵循健美操创编要素,音乐选择、动作编排、场地要求及三大规则即针对性原则、全面性原则、科学性原则进行创编。(2)通过对基于小学生身心特点的健美操教学情况的调查,可知,70%以上的教师与学生对该套健美操评价较好。(3)通过问卷调查可得,中关村第二小学进行基于小学生身心特点的健美操实施过程中,教师对创编态度与意见方面、学生对教学方面意见方面满意度很高,但是在场地实施与奇才方面存在着不足。研究总结,小学生具有爱玩、爱动、对一切事物充满好奇心,形象思维占主导等身心特点。由此,健美操作为一项简单易学,趣味性强、本着安全、让学生在获得一定的锻炼的基础上提高兴趣的情况下进行创编、开展与实施的时尚运动。本文主要采用问卷调查和访谈法,以中关村第二小学小学生年龄特点一健美操创编为研究对象,调查主体对健美操的专业素养、内容、方法等方面的满意度。调查学生对健美操创编的满意度能有效评析健美操创编的状况和优缺点,从而有针对性地为健美操创编提出建设性的意见和建议。为在今后的小学教学中,重视文化知识的教学的同时,更要注意身体的健康发展,实现全面发展是小学教育的最终目标。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the physical fitness and health level of primary and middle school students are worrying. According to statistics, the physical fitness of young people in China has been declining for 26 consecutive years, and the health of students has become a prominent issue of concern to all sectors of society. In June 2016, The State Council issued and published the National Fitness Program (2016-2020), with special emphasis on "regarding young people as the key people in the implementation of the National Fitness Plan, vigorously popularizing youth sports activities and improving the physical fitness of young people." To strengthen physical education in schools, to improve the physical quality of teenagers and to develop healthy behavior is an important part of school education, to ensure the students' physical education space and exercise time, and to bring the physical health of students into the work assessment system. Strengthen school sports work performance evaluation and administrative accountability. " Under this background, this article uses the literature method, the interview method, the questionnaire survey method, the field investigation method, the mathematical statistics method, the logical analysis method deep analysis based on the elementary school student body and mind characteristic creation and the implementation plan, The conclusions are as follows: (1) Aerobics creation is based on safety, physical and mental characteristics of junior primary school students, and strictly follows the principles of aerobics creation, music selection, movement arrangement, venue requirements and three major rules, namely, pertinence. (2) through the investigation of the teaching situation of aerobics based on pupils' physical and mental characteristics, it can be seen that more than 70% of teachers and students have a good evaluation of this set of aerobics. (3) A questionnaire survey can be obtained. In the process of carrying out aerobics in Zhongguancun No. 2 Primary School based on pupils' physical and mental characteristics, teachers have a high degree of satisfaction on creative attitudes and opinions, and students have high satisfaction with teaching opinions, but there are some shortcomings in the implementation of venues and talents. The study concludes that pupils have the characteristics of love to play, love to move, curiosity about everything and the dominant thinking in image. From this, aerobics as a simple easy to learn, interesting, in line with safety, let students on the basis of certain exercise on the basis of improving their interest to create and implement the fashion movement. This paper mainly adopts the method of questionnaire and interview to investigate the satisfaction of the subjects on the professional accomplishment, content and method of aerobics, taking the age characteristics of the second primary school students in Zhongguancun as the research object. The investigation of students' satisfaction with the creation of aerobics can effectively evaluate the status, advantages and disadvantages of the creation of aerobics, so as to put forward constructive suggestions and suggestions for the creation of aerobics. In order to pay more attention to the healthy development of the body and realize the overall development, it is the ultimate goal of primary education to pay attention to the teaching of cultural knowledge in the future primary school teaching.
