小学教师批评教育实施现状调查研究

【摘要】:中国传统的教育观一直强调师道尊严、尊师重道、师严然后道尊,教师甚至与“天地君亲”同列,对学生批评惩戒是教师天经地义的权利。但随着现代社会民主平等意识的增强,师生地位也在时空变迁中发生嬗变。近些年来,教育领域中一直呼吁保障的学生权利,以学生为主体,强调学生的地位,而教师的权利却在现实中不断缩水。在节目《实话实说》中,邀请到了当代语文教育界非常有名气的专家型教师任小艾。采访她的时候讲到:“当前教师在教学工作中产生了困难和疑惑,批评教育本身就是教师的责任,但是目前老师们都不知所措。”教学实践中,教师成为相对弱势群体,教师不愿意批评教育学生和放任不管的现象随处可见。表扬和批评两者相互对立存在,都是教学活动中缺一不可的教育方法。为什么会出现教师对学生放任不管的现象呢?针对此问题,研究者选取了天津市和德州市的几所小学,进行小学教师批评教育实施现状的调查研究,发现教师批评教育面临严重缺失状态。批评教育缺失的主要原因有:社会舆论导向偏颇;相关法律不完善;教师缺乏批评管理艺术;教师与学生家长没有及时沟通和学校管理单向僵化等几个方面。针对此现状,为促使教师合理的批评权利回归,研究者提出,应呼吁社会舆论公正公平、完善相关法律法规、教师学习批评教育的艺术、增强教师沟通的技巧和加强学校行政管理群众化,达到和谐健康的教育目的。
[Abstract]:The traditional Chinese view of education has always emphasized the dignity of teachers, respect for teachers, strict teachers and then Taoism, teachers and even with the "kin of heaven and earth," the right to criticize and punish students is a natural right of teachers. However, with the strengthening of democratic equality consciousness in modern society, the status of teachers and students changes in time and space. In recent years, the education field has been calling for the protection of the rights of students, taking students as the main body, emphasizing the status of students, but the rights of teachers have been shrinking in reality. In the program "tell the truth," invited the contemporary Chinese education very famous expert teacher Ren Ai. "at present, teachers have difficulties and doubts in their teaching work," she said in an interview. "criticizing education itself is the teacher's responsibility, but at present the teachers are at a loss." In teaching practice, teachers become a relatively weak group, teachers do not want to criticize the education of students and laissez-faire phenomenon can be seen everywhere. Praise and criticism exist in opposition to each other and are indispensable educational methods in teaching activities. Why does it appear that teachers let go of students? In order to solve this problem, the researcher selected several primary schools in Tianjin and Dezhou to investigate and study the implementation status of primary school teachers' critical education, and found that teachers' critical education is facing a serious lack of state. The main reasons for the lack of critical education are: biased guidance of public opinion; imperfect related laws; lack of critical management art of teachers; failure of timely communication between teachers and parents of students; one-way ossification of school management and so on. In view of this situation, in order to promote teachers' reasonable right to criticize, the researcher suggests that public opinion should be fair and fair, relevant laws and regulations should be perfected, and teachers should learn the art of critical education. Strengthen teachers' communication skills and strengthen the mass of school administration to achieve the goal of harmonious and healthy education.
