趣味性体育游戏在小学体育课堂中应用的实验研究

【摘要】:在深入的了解并结合解放路学校体育教师体育教学的情况和小学生体育学习的特点后,本研究采用了问卷调查法、文献资料法、数理统计法和实验法从解放路学校小学部四年级的学生里随机选取两个班进行实验研究,在实验前对学生的身高、体重以及身体素质进行测量后决定选取四(7)班为对照班,四(10)班为实验班,把趣味性体育游戏融汇到小学的体育教学课堂中,进行关于在小学体育教学中运用趣味性体育游戏的相关研究,本人得出以下结论:1.通过在解放路学校为期一学期的对比实验,把趣味性体育游戏融入小学体育教学课堂,实验后实验班的体育学习积极性有了显著的提高,与实验前有很显著的差异性,对于基本动作技术的掌握能力也有了显著的提高,对学生们运动技能的掌握起到了重要的作用,因此认为接受趣味性体育游戏的实验班学生在为期一学期的体育上课过程中主动学习体育的积极性有了很显著的提高并且运动技能也有了很显著的提高。2.通过在解放路学校为期一学期的对比实验,把趣味性体育游戏融入到实验班的体育教学课堂中,实验后实验班学生的运动参与程度有了显著的提高,与实验前有很显著的差异性,对于自主学习程度和积极兴趣这两个因子也有了显著的提高,对学生们的消极兴趣的降低起到了重要的作用,实验研究表明把趣味性体育游戏应用在小学体育的教学课堂能对实验班学生的体育学习兴趣水平发挥良好的促进作用。3.通过在解放路学校为期一学期的对比实验,把趣味游戏融入到实验班的体育教学的课堂,实验班学生的积极幸福感有了显著的提高,而且将趣味性体育游戏应用到实验班教学中显著地降低了实验班学生心理烦恼和疲劳程度,然而对照班学生的积极幸福感并没有显著性的提高,心理烦恼和疲劳程度也没有显著的降低,因此,认为趣味性体育游戏在小学体育课堂中应用能使学生的主观锻炼体验得到显著性的改善。4.接受了趣味性体育游戏教学的实验班学生比接受了传统体育教学的对照班学生在身体素质方面有了显著的提高,实验研究表明把趣味性体育游戏应用在小学体育的教学中能对学生的身体素质发挥良好的促进作用。
[Abstract]:After deeply understanding and combining the situation of physical education teaching of physical education teachers in Jiefang Road School and the characteristics of primary school students' physical education learning, this study adopts the method of questionnaire, literature and materials. Mathematical statistics and experimental methods randomly selected two classes from the fourth grade students in the Department of Primary School of Jiefang Road School to carry out experimental research. After measuring the height, weight and physical quality of the students before the experiment, they decided to select Class 4 (7) as the control class. Class 4 (10) is the experimental class, which melts interesting sports games into the physical education classroom of primary schools, carries on the related research on the application of interesting sports games in the elementary school physical education, and draws the following conclusion: 1. Through the comparative experiment in Jiefang Road School for one semester, the interesting sports game was integrated into the physical education teaching class of primary school. After the experiment, the enthusiasm of the experimental class for physical education was improved significantly, and there was a significant difference between the experimental class and before the experiment. It has also greatly improved the mastering ability of basic movement techniques, and has played an important role in mastering the students' motor skills. Therefore, it is considered that the students in the experimental class who accept interesting sports games have a very significant improvement in their enthusiasm for active learning of physical education in the course of a semester of physical education, and their sports skills have also been greatly improved. 2. Through the comparative experiment in Jiefang Road School for one semester, the interesting sports games were integrated into the physical education teaching class of the experimental class. After the experiment, the students' participation in the sports of the experimental class was significantly improved. There is a significant difference from before the experiment, the degree of autonomous learning and the positive interest of these two factors have also been significantly improved, and students' negative interest has played an important role in reducing, The experimental study shows that the application of interesting sports games in the teaching classroom of primary school physical education can play a good role in promoting the students' level of interest in physical education in the experimental class. Through a one-semester comparative experiment in Jiefang Road School, the students' positive well-being in the experimental class has been significantly improved by integrating interesting games into the physical education class of the experimental class. Moreover, the application of interesting sports games to the teaching of the experimental class has significantly reduced the psychological distress and fatigue of the students in the experimental class, but the positive well-being of the students in the control class has not significantly improved. Therefore, the application of interesting sports games in primary school physical education class can significantly improve students' subjective exercise experience. 4. The students in the experimental class who have accepted the interesting sports game teaching have significantly improved their physical fitness compared with the students in the control class who have received the traditional physical education. The experimental study shows that the application of interesting sports games in the teaching of physical education in primary schools can play a good role in promoting students' physical quality.
