小学高年级学生合作学习的现状调查和改进策略研究

【摘要】:进行关于小学高年级学生合作学习的现状和改进策略的研究,有利于加强对学生主体性的培养,使他们成为不但掌握相应的知识技能,而且具有开拓进取的创新精神、实践能力、竞争与合作精神的人才;有利于教师不断更新教育观念,创造性地应用教材,积极探索高效的课堂教学结构,以促进学生各方面素质全面提高;同时,合作学习符合小学生的心理特点,能够满足学生的心理需要,激发学生学习的兴趣、动机、求知欲以及竞争意识,有利于为教育改革积累经验,促使学校的各科教学质量不断向前推进。虽然关于合作学习的研究已经比较全面、比较成熟,但是随着时间的推移,在教学实践中不可避免会生发出新的问题,产生新的不适应性因素。这就需要对合作学习进行与时俱进的研究。本研究主要是针对教学实际,从小学高年级学生和教师的课堂入手,围绕小学教师对合作学习教学形式的理解和把握、态度和认识程度、对合作学习的实施和评价、影响合作学习的因素以及学生对合作学习的态度、兴趣、评价、能力等方面进行调查,依据调查结果分析背后的影响因素及原因,进而探究小学高年级学生合作学习的有效策略。全文分为五章:第一章是引言。主要论述所研究的问题、研究的价值,介绍研究的方法以及国内外有关合作学习的历史及现状,在此基础上,结合笔者理解进行概念界定;第二章是关于小学高年级学生合作学习现状的调查。主要是调查设计和对调查结果的分析;第三章是小学高年级学生合作学习现状与原因分析。这是本文的主体部分,是在问卷调查的基础上获得数据,并依据所获得的数据对小学高年级学生合作学习的现状进行分析,并深入分析隐藏在背后的原因;第四章是小学高年级学生合作学习的改进策略。针对调查中发现的小学高年级学生合作学习的现状及原因分析,提出有针对性的改进策略;第五章是结论。对本次研究的过程及结果进行简明扼要的总结。
[Abstract]:The research on the current situation and improvement strategies of cooperative learning among senior students in primary schools is conducive to strengthening the cultivation of students' subjectivity and making them not only master the corresponding knowledge and skills, but also have a pioneering and enterprising spirit of innovation. The talents with practical ability, competition and cooperation spirit are helpful for teachers to renew their educational concepts, creatively apply teaching materials, actively explore efficient classroom teaching structure, so as to promote the all-round improvement of students' quality in all aspects, at the same time, Cooperative learning accords with the psychological characteristics of primary school students, can meet the psychological needs of students, stimulate students' interest, motivation, desire for knowledge and sense of competition. It is beneficial to accumulate experience for educational reform. To promote the teaching quality of various subjects in the school. Although the research on cooperative learning has been more comprehensive and mature, with the passage of time, new problems will inevitably arise in teaching practice, and new factors of inadaptability will emerge. This requires the study of cooperative learning to keep pace with the times. This research is mainly aimed at teaching practice, starting with the classroom of students and teachers in primary school, focusing on the teachers' understanding and grasp of cooperative learning teaching form, attitude and degree of understanding, and the implementation and evaluation of cooperative learning. The factors influencing cooperative learning and the students' attitude, interest, evaluation, ability to cooperative learning are investigated, and the influencing factors and reasons are analyzed based on the results of the investigation. And then explore the effective strategies of cooperative learning for senior primary school students. The full text is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is the introduction. This paper mainly discusses the problems studied, the value of the research, introduces the research methods and the history and current situation of cooperative learning at home and abroad. On the basis of this, the author defines the concept in combination with the author's understanding. The second chapter is an investigation on the current situation of cooperative learning among senior students in primary schools. The third chapter is the analysis of the current situation and reasons of cooperative learning of senior students in primary schools. This is the main part of this paper, which is based on the questionnaire survey to obtain the data, and according to the obtained data to analyze the current situation of the primary school senior students' cooperative learning, and in-depth analysis of the reasons behind the hidden; The fourth chapter is the improvement strategy of cooperative learning for senior primary school students. Based on the analysis of the present situation and reasons of cooperative learning of the senior students in primary school, the author puts forward the corresponding improvement strategies. Chapter five is the conclusion. The process and results of this study are summarized succinctly.
