小组合作学习模式在小学中年级体育与健康课程中的应用研究

【摘要】:在科学技术飞速发展,竞争日趋激烈的今天,怎样培养出身心健康、全面发展的高素质人才是摆在每一个国家面前的重要课题。全面提高学生的身心健康已经成为全体教育工作者的一项重要的任务,如何提高学生的基本体质和心理健康水平是我们现阶段小学体育与健康课程要肩负的两大重要任务,那么如何上好体育课便成为了最有效的切入点。本文以《体育与健康课程标准》为依据,遵循“健康第一”的教育原则,以青岛市崂山区实验小学中年级学段体育与健康课程中所开展的小组合作学习为研究对象,通过对实验班和对照班学生的成绩进行比对,从学生的运动参与、身体健康、运动技能、心理健康和社会适应能力四个方面来进行研究探讨,对如何真正提高学校中年级体育与健康课程中的教学有效性、可操作性、科学性进行了阐述。研究小组合作学习为进一步丰富小学中年级体育与健康课程的教学策略,加强教学创新、提高中小学课堂教学质量,提升学生身心健康提供了宝贵的教学参考。近几年,我国加大了基础教育改革力度,课程改革目标也发生了根本变化。目标着力长远,紧紧围绕如何更好地提高学生的综合素质和适应未来社会的需要。同时注重学生的学习习惯、道德养成和社会主义核心价值观。老师们也必须顺应时代的发展和教育改革目标的实现,强化担当意识、创新意识,在教学方法上不断探索,进一步提升学生们的创新活力,引导他们进行动手探究,这对于提高学生们的自主创新能力、精于思考的能力、善于合作的勇气大有裨益。本文将青岛市崂山区实验小学四年级(1)班和四年级(3)班作为实验对象,进行为期18周的教学实验。实验过程中,两个班级分别采用小组合作学习模式和常规教学模式,从运动参与、身体健康、运动技能、心理健康和社会适应四大方面对两个班级的学生进行了多项指标测试,并采用科学定性与定量相结合的原则,对于测试结果进行了分析研究,最终形成了本篇调研报告。研究结果表明,运用小组合作学习和常规教学模式这两种方式在学生的运动参与、运动技能、身体健康、心理健康和社会适应四项指标教学方面都起到了一定的正向促进作用。但是每一项的比例各有不同。日常体育教学中借助小组合作学习所取得的效果要明显好于常规教学模式。为了能使小组合作学习的优势得到充分展现,在进行小组合作学习过程中应格外重视策略的实施、目标的达成、合作的方式以及小组的构建与管理,并对教学过程进行及时的反馈和评价。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology and the increasingly fierce competition, it is an important subject in front of every country that how to cultivate high-quality talents with physical and mental health and all-round development. Improving students' physical and mental health in an all-round way has become an important task for all educators. How to improve the basic physical and mental health level of students is two important tasks that our primary school physical education and health curriculum should shoulder at the present stage. So how to make good physical education has become the most effective entry point. Based on the Curriculum Standard of physical Education and Health, and following the principle of "Health first", this paper takes the group cooperative learning in the middle grade and health course of Laoshan District Experimental Primary School in Qingdao as the research object. By comparing the results of the experimental class and the control class, this paper discusses the students' sports participation, physical health, motor skills, mental health and social adaptability. This paper expounds how to improve the teaching effectiveness, maneuverability and scientificalness of physical education and health course in middle school. The study group cooperative learning provides valuable teaching reference for further enriching the teaching strategy of physical education and health course, strengthening teaching innovation, improving the quality of classroom teaching in primary and secondary schools, and improving students' physical and mental health. In recent years, our country has strengthened the basic education reform, the curriculum reform goal has also taken place the fundamental change. The aim is to focus on how to improve students' comprehensive quality and meet the needs of the future society. At the same time, pay attention to students' study habits, moral cultivation and socialist core values. Teachers must also adapt to the development of the times and the realization of educational reform goals, strengthen their sense of responsibility and innovation, explore teaching methods constantly, further enhance the students' innovative vitality, and guide them to do hands-on research. It is helpful to improve students' ability of independent innovation, thinking and cooperation. In this paper, the fourth grade (class 1) and the fourth grade (class 3) of Laoshan experimental primary school in Qingdao are taken as the experimental objects, and the teaching experiment is carried out for 18 weeks. In the course of the experiment, the two classes adopted the group cooperative learning model and the conventional teaching mode respectively. The students of the two classes were tested on several indexes from four aspects: sports participation, physical health, motor skills, mental health and social adaptation. Using the principle of scientific qualitative and quantitative analysis, the test results are analyzed and studied, and finally this research report is formed. The results show that the application of group cooperative learning and conventional teaching mode plays a positive role in the teaching of students' sports participation, motor skills, physical health, mental health and social adaptation. But the proportions vary from item to item. The effect of group cooperative learning in daily PE teaching is better than that of conventional teaching mode. In order to give full play to the advantages of group cooperative learning, we should pay special attention to the implementation of strategies, the achievement of goals, the ways of cooperation, and the construction and management of groups in the process of group cooperative learning. And the teaching process of timely feedback and evaluation.
