唐山市BS小学经典诵读工程改进研究

【摘要】：随着素质教育的深入发展,国家教育体制改革对传统经典文化重视程度的不断提高,越来越多的学校将经典诵读工程纳入到学校的正常管理工作中。在实施经典诵读工程多年的学校中,如何保持经典诵读旺盛的生命力,让经典诵读工程可持续的发展,便成了急需研究和解决的问题。本文以唐山市BS小学为个案,主要采用了案例研究法、历史文献法、调查研究法,对其经典诵读工程的实施情况进行调查研究。本文首先对BS小学实施六年的经典诵读工程的现状和成效进行分析,主要包括经典诵读工程的目的、内容、实施过程、师资、评价和取得的成效几个方面。然后,以问卷调查和访谈的方式,分别对教师、学生、家长为调查对象进行调查研究,进而找出制约其可持续发展的问题和原因:忽略了经典诵读工程的目的层次性、教学目标有待调整、课堂教学不完善、师资力量薄弱、评价机制不健全、忽略家长的参与。最后,针对经典诵读工程存在的问题,结合管理学的相关理论提出以下几个方面的改进对策:明确学校开展经典诵读的目的和办学理念、合理设置经典诵读的教学目标、优化课堂教学、加强教师培训、完善经典诵读的评价、加强家校合作,并提出了相应的保障措施,以确保该校经典诵读工程的可持续发展。
[Abstract]:With the development of quality-oriented education and the improvement of traditional classical culture in the reform of national education system, more and more schools bring classical recitation into the normal management of the school. How to maintain the vigorous vitality of classical recitation and make the sustainable development of classical recitation become a problem that needs to be studied and solved urgently in the schools where classical recitation is carried out for many years. This paper takes BS Primary School in Tangshan City as a case study, mainly adopts case study method, historical literature method and investigation and research method to investigate and study the implementation of the classical reading project. This paper first analyzes the current situation and effect of the classical reading project in BS primary school for six years, mainly including the purpose, content, implementation process, teachers, evaluation and achievement of the classical reading project. Then, by means of questionnaire and interview, the author investigates teachers, students and parents, and finds out the problems and reasons that restrict their sustainable development. The teaching goal needs to be adjusted, the classroom teaching is imperfect, the teachers' strength is weak, the evaluation mechanism is not perfect, and parents' participation is ignored. Finally, in view of the problems existing in the classical reading project, combined with the relevant theories of management, the following countermeasures are put forward: the purpose and idea of the school to carry out the classical reading, and the reasonable setting of the teaching objectives of the classical reading. In order to ensure the sustainable development of the classical recitation project, we should optimize the classroom teaching, strengthen teacher training, perfect the evaluation of classical recitation, strengthen the cooperation between home and school, and put forward the corresponding safeguard measures in order to ensure the sustainable development of the classical recitation project in this school.
