[Abstract]:The balanced development of positive education is a dynamic process. In this process, the integrated management model of university district emerged as the times require. The university district can not only promote the balanced allocation of high quality educational resources, but also deepen the reform within the school and promote the balanced development of education. Dongsheng School District includes Dongsheng Primary School, Chuncheng Primary School, Fairness Primary School, Tongxing Primary School and Jilin Primary School. The school district combines the regional characteristics, exerts the advantages of each school, reasonably allocates the educational resources, and improves the quality of education and teaching obviously. First, two-way communication, balanced regular exchanges between principals and teachers in the management area, has achieved the balance of the advantages of educational resources, and has powerfully promoted the development of weak schools.
