【摘要】:正教育均衡发展是一个动态生成的过程。在这一过程中,大学区一体化管理模式应运而生。大学区不仅能促进优质教育资源的均衡配置,还能深入学校内部的改革,推动教育均衡发展。东盛学区包括东盛小学、春城小学、公平小学、同兴小学和吉林小学,学区结合区域特点,发挥各校优势,合理配置教育资源,教育教学质量明显提升。一、双向交流,均衡管理学区内校长与教师的定期交流,实现了教育资源优势的均衡,有力地推动了薄弱学校的
[Abstract]:The balanced development of positive education is a dynamic process. In this process, the integrated management model of university district emerged as the times require. The university district can not only promote the balanced allocation of high quality educational resources, but also deepen the reform within the school and promote the balanced development of education. Dongsheng School District includes Dongsheng Primary School, Chuncheng Primary School, Fairness Primary School, Tongxing Primary School and Jilin Primary School. The school district combines the regional characteristics, exerts the advantages of each school, reasonably allocates the educational resources, and improves the quality of education and teaching obviously.
