一位少先队辅导员职业信念形成的叙事研究

【摘要】:中国少年儿童先锋队是由中国共产党创立并领导的少年儿童群众性组织,是学校对少年儿童进行思想意识教育的重要阵地。少先队辅导员作为学校德育工作、少先队工作的中坚力量,既与少年儿童以朋友相称,也担负起指导少年儿童的重任,更是对少年儿童实施素质教育的重要力量。然而,当前国家、学界对少先队教育的重视程度与学校所持的忽视态度形成了巨大反差,进而导致众多大队辅导员在职业发展中出现角色不清、发展意识淡薄、功利心强等问题,这不仅影响少先队辅导员职业信念的形成,也严重制约了少先队辅导员职业专业化发展,更加剧对少先队教育事业发展的负面影响。人的思想与行为被信念所支配,简言之,它内化于心,外化于行。具体到少先队教育而言,掌握专业的知识与技能是少先队大队辅导员开展工作的基础,然树立正确的职业信念则是重中之重。少先队辅导员的职业信念是什么,包含哪些子信念?哪些因素影响了其职业信念的形成?在广泛的阅读国内外相关文献的基础上,本研究从动机理论出发,选择个案调查方式,将成都市S小学大队辅导员——杨某某老师设为研究对象,采用质性研究中的叙事研究法,深入到田野调查现场,通过访谈、观察、文本材料等方式收集大量素材,从少先队辅导员的教学行为、育人行为、自我发展行为等方面入手,进而洞察分析杨某某老师行为背后所体现的职业信念的内涵,运用马斯洛的需要层次理论,对影响杨老师职业信念形成的相关因素进行分析与归纳。通过分析,本研究认为个案对象杨老师的职业信念从内在因素来看,会受到个性心理特征、自我的实现的渴望的影响。个人成长经历、成体系的培训、外界评价以及学校文化(教师群体间)等因素对其职业信念的形成亦有着重要的的影响。在最后部分基于上述材料与分析开展了进一步的思考,分别从个人和学校两个层面提出形成少先队辅导员职业信念的相应启示,个人层面:准确的角色定位是职业信念形成的前提;正确的职业价值观是职业信念形成的内驱力。学校层面:多元且完善的培训是其职业信念形成的理论之源;营造良好的学校文化是其职业信念形成的关键环节。
[Abstract]:Chinese children's vanguard is a mass organization of children founded and led by the Communist Party of China. It is an important position of ideological and ideological education for children in schools. As the school moral education, the Young Pioneers' counselors are the backbone of the Young Pioneers' work, which is not only commensurate with the children's friends, but also shouldering the important task of guiding the young children, and it is also an important force to carry out the quality education for the young children. However, at present, in our country, the academic circles pay more attention to the Young Pioneers' education than the neglect attitude held by the school, which leads to the confusion of the role of many team counselors in the career development and the weak sense of development. Such problems as strong utilitarian mentality not only affect the formation of professional beliefs of Young Pioneers counselors, but also seriously restrict the professional development of Young Pioneers counselors, and further aggravate the negative impact on the development of Young Pioneers' education. Man's thought and behavior are governed by faith. In short, it is internalized in mind and externalized in action. As far as the Young Pioneers' education is concerned, mastering professional knowledge and skills is the basis for the Young Pioneer's counselors to carry out their work, but it is the most important thing to set up correct professional beliefs. What are the career beliefs of the Young Pioneers and what are their sub-beliefs? What factors affect the formation of their professional beliefs? On the basis of extensive reading of relevant literature at home and abroad, based on the motivation theory, this study chooses the case investigation method, and sets Yang Ximou, a teacher in Chengdu S Primary School, as the research object. The narrative research method of qualitative research is used to go deep into the field investigation scene, through interviews, observations, text materials and other ways to collect a large amount of material, starting from the teaching behavior, educating behavior, self-development behavior of the Young Pioneers counselors, etc. Then it analyzes the connotation of professional belief embodied behind Yang's teacher's behavior, and analyzes and induces the relevant factors that affect the formation of Yang teacher's professional belief by using Maslow's theory of hierarchy of needs. Based on the analysis, the author thinks that teacher Yang's professional beliefs will be influenced by the psychological characteristics of personality and the desire for self-realization. Factors such as personal growth experience, systematic training, external evaluation and school culture (teachers' group) also have an important impact on the formation of their professional beliefs. In the last part, based on the above materials and analysis, further thinking is carried out, respectively from the individual and the school two levels of formation of the Young Pioneers counselors career beliefs corresponding inspiration, Personal level: accurate role orientation is the premise of the formation of professional beliefs; Correct professional values are the driving force in the formation of professional beliefs. School level: multiple and perfect training is the theoretical source of the formation of their professional beliefs, and building a good school culture is the key link of the formation of their professional beliefs.
