农村小规模学校全科教师培训的实践探索

【摘要】：近年来,教育界关于农村小学职前全科教师培养问题探索实践的较多,对职后农村小学全科教师培训问题探索较少。甘肃省庆阳市农村小规模学校数量逐年剧增,为了使农村小规模学校教师掌握现代教育教学理念和技能,全面理解和掌握小学各学科知识,能够胜任国家规定的小学阶段各门课程的教学工作,成为小学教育教学研究与管理的全科型教师,庆阳市教育局委托陇东学院教育学院举办农村小规模学校全科教师培训班,通过培训教师素质全面提升,培训取得了一定的成绩,也存在一些问题,今后,须继续探索农村小规模学校全科教师培训的方式方法,更好地促进基础教育均衡发展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, there have been more explorations and practices in the field of education on the training of pre-service teachers in rural primary schools, but less on the training of general course teachers in rural primary schools. The number of rural small-scale schools in Qingyang City of Gansu Province has increased dramatically year by year. In order to make the teachers of rural small-scale schools master modern education and teaching concepts and skills, they can fully understand and master the knowledge of various subjects in primary schools. Able to be competent in the teaching of various courses in primary schools prescribed by the state, and become a general subject teacher for the research and management of primary education and teaching. The Qingyang Municipal Bureau of Education has commissioned the Institute of Education of Longdong University to hold general course courses for rural small-scale schools. In order to promote the balanced development of basic education, it is necessary to continue to explore the ways and methods of general course teacher training in small rural schools in the future.
