和田市维吾尔族小学生平衡能力武术干预效果评价

【摘要】:目的了解12周武术课堂教学训练对和田市维吾尔族小学生平衡能力的影响效果,为促进维吾尔族小学生健康成长提供理论支持。方法在和田市第一小学的四、五年级中随机抽取60名维吾尔族小学生,随机分为干预组(进行12周武术课程训练)和对照组(仅完成正常课程教学)各30名,采用Bio Dex平衡仪测试实验前后2组的动态平衡和静态平衡情况,并对结果进行比较分析。结果静态平衡方面,干预前维吾尔族小学生干预组与对照组平板闭眼站立、海绵软垫睁眼和闭眼站立测试时间相比较差异均无统计学意义(t值分别为-0.176,-0.133,0.176,P值均0.05);干预后,2组学生在平板闭眼站立和海绵软垫闭眼站立时间相比较差异均有统计学意义(t值分别为-6.518,-5.423,P值均0.01),海绵软垫睁眼站立时间比较差异无统计学意义(t=-1.573,P0.05)。动态平衡方面,干预前2组学生在时间、前后左右方向得分上差异均无统计学意义(t值分别为0.000,-0.179,-0.023,0.094,-0.038,P值均0.05);干预后,2组在向右方向得分相比较差异有统计学意义(t=2.043,P0.05)。结论武术训练干预可使维吾尔族小学生的静态平衡能力有所提高,同时对动态平衡方面的左右控制能力提高效果优于前后控制能力。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the effect of 12 weeks Wushu classroom teaching training on the balance ability of Uygur pupils in Hotan City, and to provide theoretical support for promoting the healthy growth of Uygur pupils. Methods A total of 60 Uygur pupils were randomly divided into intervention group (12 weeks Wushu course training) and control group (only complete normal course teaching) in grade 4 and 5 of the first primary school in Hotan. The dynamic and static equilibrium of the two groups before and after the experiment were measured by Bio Dex balance instrument, and the results were compared and analyzed. Results in terms of static balance, there was no significant difference between Uygur pupils and control group in the test time of open eyes and closed eyes on sponge pad (t = -0.176, respectively), and there was no significant difference in the test time between Uygur pupils and control group before intervention (t = -0.176, respectively). -0.133 and 0.176 (P = 0.05); After intervention, there were significant differences in the standing time between the two groups (t = -6.518- 5.423g, P = 0.01). There was no significant difference in standing time between sponge cushion and eye opening (tl-1. 573 P 0. 05). In the aspect of dynamic balance, there was no significant difference in the scores of time, left and right direction between the two groups before intervention (t = 0.000- 0.179- 0.023). After intervention, there was a significant difference between the two groups in the right direction score (t 2. 043 P 0. 05). Conclusion Wushu training intervention can improve the static balance ability of Uygur primary school students, and improve the left and right control ability of dynamic balance is better than that before and after.
