体育课堂中小组合作学习对小学生团队意识培养的实验研究

【摘要】:21世纪的今天,社会在不断向前飞速发展,是否具备良好的团队意识已成为人们融入现代社会所不可或缺的基本素养。如果个人不能够很好的和他人合作,不能够将自己的优势与他人融合,不能扛起肩上责任和遵守法律法规,那么他必不能够适应社会发展的需求,所以在学生时代就要切实的培养好学生的团队意识,而且最好从早抓起,让他们在循序渐进的不断提高团队意识水平。体育教学作为学校教育教学的一部分,是发展学生身体素质、提高社会适应能力、增强学生心理健康最有效的影响手段。传统的体育教学比较注重学生的身体素质发展,培养学生的运动技能和方法。小组合作学习模式是一种崭新的教学模式,能够培养学生的合作意识、竞争意识、责任意识、纪律意识。目前在各类学科的教学中被广大教师所接受,但其对体育课堂中小学生团队意识的培养作用有多大,对初任小学体育教师的我还是未知数。通过文献检索可以发现,以合作学习为主题的应用研究、实验研究、实践研究文章有很多,但涉及团队意识的实践研究却不多,小组合作学习对小学生团队意识的培养的实际效果,还需通过实验来研究。本文以体育课堂中小组合作学习对小学生团队意识的培养为研究对象,运用实验法、问卷调查法、数理统计法对学生的学生实验前后团队意识的变化进行研究分析,通过实验验证小组合作学习这种学习模式对小学生合作意识、竞争意识、责任意识、纪律意识培养的实际影响,同时拓展体育教师在小学生团队意识研究的思路和领域,丰富体育教师在教学过程中培养学生团队意识的教学方式方法。促使广大体育教师在体育教学过程中根据实际情况有针对性的对学生团队意识进行培养,这不仅能够更好的锻炼学生的身体素质、促进学生全面发展,也能够提高体育课堂的教学效率。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of society in the 21st century, whether to have good sense of team has become an indispensable basic accomplishment for people to integrate into modern society. If an individual is not able to cooperate well with others, to integrate his strengths with others, to shoulder responsibility and abide by laws and regulations, then he will not be able to adapt to the needs of social development. Therefore, in the student age, we should cultivate the team consciousness of the students, and it is best to start early so that they can improve the level of team consciousness step by step and step by step. As a part of school education, physical education is the most effective means to develop students' physical quality, improve their ability to adapt to society and enhance their mental health. Traditional physical education pays more attention to the development of students' physical quality, and trains students' sports skills and methods. Group cooperative learning is a new teaching mode, which can cultivate students' consciousness of cooperation, competition, responsibility and discipline. At present, it is accepted by teachers in the teaching of all kinds of subjects, but its role in cultivating the team consciousness of primary and middle school students in physical education classroom is still unknown. Through literature retrieval, we can find that there are a lot of applied research, experimental research and practical research on cooperative learning, but there are not many practical studies involving team consciousness. The practical effect of group cooperative learning on primary school students'teamwork awareness should be studied through experiments. This article takes the group cooperative learning in the physical education classroom as the research object, uses the experiment method, the questionnaire survey method, the mathematical statistics method to carry on the research analysis to the student's team consciousness change before and after the experiment. Through the experiment, the author verifies the actual influence of the cooperative learning model on the students' cooperative consciousness, competition consciousness, responsibility consciousness and discipline consciousness, and at the same time, it also expands the thinking and field of the study of the PE teachers' team consciousness in the primary school students. It enriches the teaching methods of cultivating students' team consciousness in the teaching process of PE teachers. In the process of physical education teaching, the majority of physical education teachers should cultivate the students' team consciousness according to the actual situation, which can not only improve the students' physical quality, but also promote the students' all-round development. It can also improve the teaching efficiency of physical education class.
