仪征市小学低年级体育教师课堂管理行为的研究

【摘要】：学校教育、班级授课制和课堂的相继产生,必然有相应的教育教学行为,如何组织与管理师生的课堂行为就构成了课堂管理研究的主要内容。随着新课标制定,人们对课堂管理问题认识的逐步深入,课堂管理领域被广大教育者所重视,人们纷纷致力于改革课堂教学的理论与实践研究,教师在课堂管理中的行为方式以及策略是课堂能否充满活力的决定性因素,也是影响学生发展的最直接最重要的因素之一。课堂管理是课堂教学过程的保障,不仅关系到课堂教学质量的提高,而且直接影响着学生的身心发展状况。体育课相对于其他科目有其特殊性。以往关于小学体育教师课堂管理行为的研究本来不多,而“体育教师”以及“小学低年级”这两个关键词汇同时出现的频率几乎很少。本研究以仪征市为例,在先进的课堂管理理念及原则的指导下,对小学低年级体育教师的课堂管理行为进行研究,采用问卷调查法、文献资料法、比较法、访谈法、逻辑分析法,主要从课堂教学物质环境的管理、体育课堂常规的管理、良好行为的维持、问题行为的管理、影响因素、存在的弊端六个方面对小学低年级体育教师课堂管理行为进行研究。得出结论:小学体育教师应重视体育课堂常规和物质环境的对体育课堂管理的影响;通过分析课堂管理行为的影响因素,辨清学生问题行为,找出课堂管理存在的弊端,真正提高体育教师的课堂管理技巧。同时提出了优化课堂管理的对策和建设性意见,主要有(1)创设良好的课堂环境,激发学生的体育学习兴趣;(2)运用和谐沟通策略,加强师生间的对话;(3)有针对性的培训体育教师课堂管理技巧,实施全方位的课堂管理;(4)建立生态评价机制,从而使教师充分了解课堂管理的必要性,促进教师课堂管理行为观念的转化,为创造一个充满生机与活力的新型课堂,造就学生的完满人生奠定坚实的基础。
[Abstract]:The school education, the class teaching system and the classroom successively produce, must have the corresponding education teaching behavior, how to organize and manage the classroom behavior of the teachers and students constitutes the main content of the classroom management research. With the establishment of the new curriculum standard and the gradual deepening of people's understanding of classroom management problems, the field of classroom management has been attached great importance to by educators, and people are devoting themselves to the theoretical and practical research of reforming classroom teaching one after another. Teachers' behaviors and strategies in classroom management are the decisive factors for the vitality of the classroom and one of the most direct and important factors affecting the development of students. Classroom management is the guarantee of classroom teaching process, which not only relates to the improvement of classroom teaching quality, but also directly affects the students' physical and mental development. Physical education has its particularity relative to other subjects. In the past, there were few researches on the classroom management behavior of PE teachers in primary schools, but the two key words, "PE teachers" and "junior grades", appeared at the same time with little frequency. This research takes Yizheng City as an example, under the guidance of the advanced classroom management idea and principle, carries on the research to the elementary school junior grade physical education teacher's classroom management behavior, uses the questionnaire survey method, the literature material method, the comparison method, the interview method, Logic analysis method, mainly from the classroom teaching material environment management, physical education classroom routine management, good behavior maintenance, problem behavior management, influence factors, The disadvantages of six aspects of primary school PE teachers classroom management behavior was studied. Conclusion: primary school PE teachers should pay attention to the influence of physical education classroom routine and physical environment on physical education classroom management; By analyzing the influencing factors of classroom management behavior, the author distinguishes the students' problem behavior, finds out the disadvantages of classroom management, and improves the PE teachers' classroom management skills. At the same time, the countermeasures and constructive suggestions for optimizing classroom management are put forward, including (1) creating a good classroom environment to stimulate students' interest in physical education, (2) using harmonious communication strategies to strengthen the dialogue between teachers and students; (3) training PE teachers' classroom management skills and implementing all-around classroom management; (4) to establish ecological evaluation mechanism so that teachers can fully understand the necessity of classroom management, promote the transformation of teachers' concept of classroom management behavior, and create a new classroom full of vitality and vitality. Build a solid foundation for a full life for students.
