石家庄市农村小学体育师资队伍现状调查与分析

【摘要】:“教育改革的核心是课程体系改革,教育改革的关键是教师。”教育革新的成败将最终取决于全体教师的态度,若没有与之相适应的高质量的教师,任何课程改革都将成为空谈。本文选取石家庄市农村小学体育师资队伍现状为研究对象,通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计和逻辑分析法等研究方法,从石家庄市农村小学体育教师的基本情况、、工作现状、培训情况、科研情况、职业态度和影响因素等几个方面,对石家庄市农村小学体育教学师资队伍进行了研究,旨在促进石家庄市农村小学体育教学的发展。研究结果表明:1石家庄市农村小学体育教师总体数量明显不足,男性教师的数量要远远高于女性教师;石家庄市农村小学体育教师从学历情况上分析,体育教师具有大专和本科学历的教师较以前明显增多,从学历的总体状况来说基本能满足体育教学的需要;体育教师在年龄结构上趋于年轻化,他们的教龄短缺少实际的工作经验,在业务水平上拔尖的年轻教师更是少之又少。2石家庄市农村小学体育教师大多毕业于河北省各体育高校,学缘结构较为单一,教师的专长大多是传统的一些竞技项目,缺乏掌握新颖项目的人才。3石家庄市农村小学体育教师中半数以上的教师还是愿意参加继续教育和培训的,但由于各种客观条件的限制,大部分教师们每年得到外出培训的机会却不是很多,而且培训的级别大多也不是很高。4石家庄市农村小学体育教师的工作量较大,特别是兼职体育教师的工作量最大,但是在如此大工作量的身后却是体育教师工资和待遇最低。学校领导对体育教师在工作上的付出存在一定的偏见。值得欣喜的是大部分体育教师还是非常热爱自己的工作。5石家庄市农村小学体育教师由于受各方面条件限制,科研水平层次较低,并且科研的动机多是为职称评定和评奖评优。6影响石家庄市农村小学体育师资队伍发展的因素主要是教育观念的因素、体育教师自身的因素、学校领导因素。
[Abstract]:"the core of the educational reform is the reform of the curriculum system, and the key of the educational reform is the teacher." The success or failure of educational innovation will ultimately depend on the attitude of all teachers. Without high-quality teachers, any curriculum reform will be empty talk. This paper selects the present situation of physical education teachers in rural primary schools in Shijiazhuang as the research object, through the methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and logic analysis, from the basic situation of physical education teachers in rural primary schools in Shijiazhuang. In order to promote the development of physical education teaching in rural primary schools in Shijiazhuang, the present work situation, training situation, scientific research situation, professional attitude and influencing factors were studied in this paper in order to promote the development of physical education teaching in rural primary schools in Shijiazhuang. The results show that: 1 the total number of physical education teachers in rural primary schools in Shijiazhuang is obviously insufficient, and the number of male teachers is much higher than that of female teachers; The physical education teachers in rural primary schools in Shijiazhuang city have more teachers with college and undergraduate degrees than before, which can basically meet the needs of physical education teaching. Physical education teachers tend to be younger in their age structure and lack practical work experience in their short teaching years. The number of young teachers at the top of their professional level is even fewer. 2 most of the physical education teachers in rural primary schools in Shijiazhuang graduated from various physical education institutions in Hebei Province, and the structure of their academic edge is relatively simple, and the teachers' expertise is mostly traditional competitive events. More than half of the PE teachers in rural primary schools in Shijiazhuang are willing to participate in continuing education and training, but due to various objective conditions, Most of the teachers get out training opportunities but not many, and most of the training level is not very high. 4 Shijiazhuang rural primary school physical education teachers' workload is large, especially part-time physical education teachers' workload is the largest. But behind such a heavy workload is the lowest salary and pay for PE teachers. School leaders have a certain prejudice to the work of PE teachers. It is gratifying to note that most PE teachers still love their work very much. 5 the level of scientific research of PE teachers in rural primary schools in Shijiazhuang is low due to various conditions. And the motivation of scientific research is mostly for professional title evaluation and award evaluation. 6 the main factors that affect the development of physical education teachers in rural primary schools in Shijiazhuang are the factors of educational concept, the factors of PE teachers themselves, and the factors of school leadership.
