小学教师课堂体态语言功能研究
[Abstract]:At present, the curriculum reform of basic education has begun to deepen gradually from the macro field to the micro field of education and teaching. At the same time, more and more attention has been paid to the research of teacher specialization. The teaching art of teachers has become a hot topic of concern to researchers. The teaching art of teachers is an important aspect of the professional growth of teachers, but as an important component of teaching art, However, the art of teaching body language has not been paid much attention to. The body language of teachers has a subtle influence on classroom teaching, so it is of great significance to explore the functions of body language in class. This study is a qualitative study, mainly using participatory observation method and in-depth interview method to analyze the function of classroom body language of primary school teachers and put forward the corresponding optimization strategies. Focusing on this theme, this paper argues that the classroom body language of teachers has an important impact on teachers themselves, students, teacher-student relations and classroom teaching. From the teacher's own point of view, the teacher's body language has the mask function to the teacher, at the same time is the teacher and student emotion communication important means; From the point of view of students, the body language of teachers plays an important role in the cultivation of students' self-confidence, at the same time, the teacher is an important imitation object of students, and the body language of teachers also plays an exemplary role for students. Finally, the teacher's body language will also cause the division between the students; From the point of view of teacher-student relationship, the random language of teacher's body language sometimes causes students to misunderstand and form a misunderstood teacher-student relationship. At the same time, teachers' concern and love for students will be reflected in teachers' words and deeds. Forming harmonious teacher-student relationship; From the classroom teaching point of view, because the primary school students' thinking mode is based on the concrete image thinking, the teacher's body language will play a very good role in the classroom teaching, and from the primary school Chinese classroom teaching point of view, The teacher's body language helps students master knowledge and cultivate their emotions. Finally, the paper analyzes the factors that affect teachers' classroom body language, and puts forward some relevant strategies to optimize teachers' classroom body language. The purpose of this study is to arouse teachers' attention to body language, to promote the renewal of teachers' concepts, and to help them to find new ways to optimize the art of classroom teaching so as to improve the teaching effect and the teaching quality.
