长沙市小学乒乓球课外活动开展情况分析研究

【摘要】：2007年5月,中共中央、国务院颁布《关于加强青少年体育增强青少年体质的意见》。2014年7月,国务院副总理刘延东在全国学校体育工作座谈会上强调：牢固树立“健康第一”理念,促进青少年身心健康体魄强健。2015年4月,国家体育总局青少司司长郭建军对广东省青少年体育联合会提出要深入学习贯彻习近平总书记关于体育工作的系列讲话精神,以服务青少年健康成长为导向,推动青少年体育事业发展。体育是文化教育的重要组成部分,是青少年健康成长的必修课,只有身体好才能学习好、生活好。乒乓球在我国具有广泛的群众基础,而且易于开展,发挥乒乓球运动项目在小学课外活动的多元化功能,对促进体质健康、培养运动兴趣和掌握运动技能具有不可替代的作用。本文通过对长沙市小学乒乓球课外活动的开展现状进行调查和分析,对于长沙市小学开展乒乓球课外活动具有一定的参考和借鉴价值,同时也为探索青少年课外体育活动的特点和规律提供理论和实践依据,为青少年身心健康发展探索一条成功之道。本文随机抽取32所长沙市小学,每所学校抽取主管体育领导人1名,学生60名,其中每个年级男生5名,女生5名,体育教师2-3名,以此做为调查对象,通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、实地观察法、专家访谈法、数理统计法等方法,对长沙市小学乒乓球课外活动进行了调查和分析。得出如下结论：制约长沙市小学乒乓球课外活动开展的主要因素有：学校、社会、家长重视不够,对加强学生体质健康、运动达标等宣传力度不够；场地器材等硬件设施相对不健全；师资力量不足；体育教师对乒乓球专项技能掌握较差,教学水平较低；教学内容、方法等相对单一；学校领导对乒乓球运动重视度不高；竞赛活动以及对外交流少；乒乓球课外活动有效组织性低,时间安排以及目的性较差。为更好的促进长沙市小学乒乓球课外活动的开展,建议强化政府、学校、社会对学校体育课外活动的认知；加大支持经费,增添乒乓球场地器材,做好硬件设施保障工作；加强专业师资队伍建设,提高教师水平；优化教学内容、方法；加大宣传力度,提高校领导重视度；开展乒乓球比赛,以竞赛为杠杆加强对外交流,扩大影响；实行学校课外活动评价机制；强化健康意识,培养运动锻炼技能。

April 2015, Guo Jianjun, director of the Youth Department of the State Administration of Sports, told the Guangdong Youth Sports Federation that it is necessary to study and implement in-depth the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's series of speeches on sports work, with a view to serving the healthy growth of young people. We will promote the development of youth sports. Physical education is an important part of culture and education. It is a compulsory course for teenagers to grow up healthily. Only good health can learn well and live a good life. Table tennis has a broad mass base in our country, and it is easy to carry out. It plays an irreplaceable role in promoting physical health, cultivating sports interest and mastering sports skills by giving full play to the diversified function of table tennis sports in primary school extracurricular activities. This article through to Changsha elementary school table tennis extracurricular activity carries on the investigation and the analysis, for the Changsha elementary school carries on the table tennis extracurricular activity has the certain reference value and the reference value, At the same time, it also provides a theoretical and practical basis for exploring the characteristics and rules of extracurricular sports activities of adolescents, and explores a successful way for the development of adolescents' physical and mental health. In this paper, 32 primary schools in Changsha City were randomly selected, each school selected one leader in charge of physical education and 60 students, including 5 boys, 5 girls and 3 physical education teachers in each grade. The methods of questionnaire, field observation, expert interview and mathematical statistics were used to investigate and analyze the extracurricular activities of table tennis in primary school in Changsha. The following conclusions are drawn: the main factors restricting the development of extracurricular activities of table tennis in primary schools in Changsha are: schools, society, parents do not pay enough attention to, to strengthen students' physical health, sports standards and other propaganda efforts are insufficient; The hardware facilities, such as venue and equipment, are relatively imperfect; lack of teachers; physical education teachers have poor grasp of special skills in table tennis, teaching level is relatively low; teaching content, methods and so on are relatively single; school leaders do not attach great importance to table tennis; Competition activities and foreign exchanges are less; table tennis extracurricular activities are less effective and organized, and the schedule and purpose are poor. In order to better promote the development of extracurricular activities of table tennis in primary schools in Changsha City, it is suggested to strengthen the cognition of the government, schools and society on extracurricular activities of physical education in schools, to increase support funds, to add equipment for table tennis venues, and to do a good job in ensuring hardware facilities. Strengthen the construction of professional teaching staff, improve the level of teachers; optimize the teaching content, methods; increase publicity, improve the attention of school leaders; carry out table tennis competition, competition as the lever to strengthen foreign exchanges, expand the impact; Implement school extracurricular activity evaluation mechanism, strengthen health awareness, develop exercise skills.
